Great lifting/training shoe. I wasn ’ t initially sold on the design coming from the 8, but once I got them in hand it grew on me immediately. They look great, feel more stable than the 8 ’s, and have a little more toe room. One additional thing to note is that the traction pattern is way better on the 9, as my 8 ’s toe traction ripped after repeatedly doing planks. It seems like that will not happen with the 9.

I rec 'd these yesterday and wore them around the house yesterday and today. They are very light weight, breathable and comfortable. They will be just perfect for warm temperatures. My only complaint is the elastic laces which bothered my instep. I switched to regular laces and they are fine. I bought these Jumpstart sneakers in black a few weeks ago because I have them in white and love them. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis, and I can wear these in comfort. I am normally a size 8 and the 8 fits perfectly. They are attractive, and I have received more than a few compliments when I wear them. I can wear no- show socks with them, but I do n't have to.
