The traction is almost god tier and does not slip out, even on the dustiest of settings and no matter what the surface is( besides outdoor). The build and material quality is amazing and just looks and feels premium which is another bonus! The only thing that I 'm disappointed in is that I did n't try these until right before the Vaporfly 4 replaces them. Absolutely loved these on my marathon training long runs and looking forward to wearing them in my first marathon. The color way worked out excellent as they match his favorite team( Go Raiders!). As far as comfortability, he states they are 9/10, not being his most comfortable pair but very close. They are easy to clean off and the laces are the perfect length. The only complaint he had was the toe box is different than most of his other shoes and he had to get used to the feeling of his toes springing up with each step, but now it doesn ’ t bother him at all.

The toe box is roomier in width and height than other Nike shoes I own which allows for excellent circulation and comfort. They definitely fit true to size. My nephew is 12 and still struggles to tie his shoes. It ’s not that he doesn ’ t know how, he just has some dexterity issues in his hands. I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. I stuck with my normal size and did my first HIIT workout and they were SOLID. Super comfortable, stable for heavy lifts, and most importantly didnt feel tight. Definitely my new favorite shoe. Highly recommended.

I was researching training shoes to replace my old worn out ones. Found metcons, and decided to check them out. As soon as I tried them on in store, I was in love. I ’ ve worn them for about a month and they are the perfect leg day shoes. Enough support but still perfect stability. 10/10.
