[ Excellent quality coat. The out layer is not stiff, is flexible and smooth. The lining is a soft flannel. The Parker length gives great coverage. My grandson loves this coat. He says it ’s warm and comfortable. Doesn ’ t feel bulky. Excellent coat!!!

[ I was hesitant because I 'm a Patagonia guy but I really liked this color and own other Fjallraven stuff so I gave it a try. Zipper is not an issue, great casual jacket, can wear it over button ups or casual.

[ I ’ ve been wearing this jacket for the first time during my Leave No Trace trainer course this weekend. Not only is it stylish, but it ’s warm and comfortable as well. It packs small and is lightweight for backpacking but still lofty enough to keep you warm during those cool mornings and evenings. It ’s also just perfect to keep you at a comfortable temperature during the day wether in a classroom setting or outside doing outdoors stuff. This jacket is the best available and will make you the best looking person in your own eyes, it ’s a win/win!

[ Amazing high- quality versatile jacket which I bought in the Fall, layered through winter and am continuing to enjoy into Spring. It is very light weight and not the least bit bulky, but regulates temperature very well. It takes up very little space for backpacking and travel. I like it so much I gifted one for a friend( who loves it too), and will buy another in a different color this Fall. A true Fjallraven classic.

I bought this for my trip to Scotland and it performed well in the torrential rain and wind I experienced in the Hebrides. I only dislike 2 things about this: The first is the hood. There is not a drawstring to tighten the hood, and the it was no match for the gale force winds I experienced, and the embedded odor in the jacket material, despite several pre- departure washings, and hanging it separately from my other clothing. I just washed it again, twice, and the odor is still as strong and noxious as when I took it out of the packaging. Otherwise, I remained dry from the neck down, the jacket was very breathable, and I was covered to my knees and dry.

I have been on the hunt for a longer raincoat that covers my rear. I have a `` regular '' length Columbia raincoat that I love. This one is great and will be in heavy rotation. I got the Greenscape color. I am 5' 5 '' and wear a women's 16. I got an XXL to be able to wear a sweatshirt or sweater under it. It is generously sized. I might have been able to go XL. I knocked a star off for 2 things that others have raised here. The hood is pretty much useless as it either falls in your eyes or flops backwards. Point 2 is that in my other Columbia rain jacket you can tighten the cuffs with a strap to stop water or wind from blowing up your sleeve. The Weekend Adventure has one snap that tightens the cuff by about an inch. That is not going to keep water or wind out.

I purchased this jacket a few weeks ago and brought it with me last week on a 3 day fly fishing trip in western NC. The temperatures at first light on the water were in the mid 30's and this jacket kept my core warm and cozy! I 'm 5 '' 10 160 pounds and the medium was a perfect fit. Plenty of room under the arms and chest area for layering, easily adjustable hood, and plenty of room in the front pockets and the interior pocket too. You also have a adjustable cord around the waist, though I did not need to adjust the fit. The fleece padding found on the interior near your neck, chin and mouth is brilliant! This soft material is fantastic when you need to zip the jacket completely up. This jacket is ethically sourced from 100% recycled polyamide and packs into its pocket or a small back. I 'm very happy with this purchase, well done FjallRaven!

It's so soft and warm and looks great. Just one question. What does it pack into in the video?

This is by far the warmest and most comfortable puffy I ’ ve owned. Compared to other brands, this jacket has a higher collar and slightly longer sleeves and back which really seems to help hold the heat. It feels like great quality for a packable puffy. I ’ m 6 ’ 1, 180 lbs and size large fits well layered with a sweater.

I ’ m not sure why anyone gets cold in this jacket. I use this as my outer layer when I ski. All I need underneath is a tshirt and and an old sweatshirt and I ’ m perfect in 0°- 30°F weather. The temperature in Colorado has been hovering around 0°F the last few days, so on short excursions around, I stay plenty warm. Walking around campus this jacket is light and super comfortable. It allows me to not have to layer up much as it takes on the cold itself. It ’s also very durable for a down jacket, I ’ ve clipped trees and crashed hard when skiing, had dogs jump on me, cats claw me, and no damage so far.

The description is a bit off. This thing is huge! Quite heavy and very bulky. That said, it ’s by far the warmest jacket I own. I love it. Very warm and cozy. Fantastic belay parka for cold weather. The synthetic insulation is a game changer. No more down feathers pocking through. Very lofty and warm.

LOVE this jacket! I 'm 6' 2 and bought XL for extra movement and layering when snowboarding. Pros: The synthetic fill is the best I 've ever felt, I honestly thought it was down fill. I love that it stays warm and holds its lofty puffiness when in wet snow conditions. My other Sitka down jacket loses its loft quickly in the arms and back when I start perspiring from a morning of hiking or snowboarding. But's it's so soft a cozy. I often just wear a t- shirt or thin base layer under it if I 'm just staring around a camp fire. It's very warm and the hand and chin backings are super soft. Cons: My only complaint is that it does n't have a well placed hood draw string for windy conditions. The single draw string on the hood is more a retention string for side to side movement of your head. And the outer fabric is very delicate, I know its gon na snag and tear on a tree branch one of these days.... I personally wish it was a little bit thicker like on my wife's Expedition down jacket.

A reliable, comfortable, and warm down jacket. I use this down jacket in Arctic tundra settings around Baffin Island, and find it best for warmth with low exertion activities( i. e. life around tent and cabin, as an emergency layer on expedition travel, or for everyday errands around town). At 6' 5 '' and 260lbs, I found XXL a perfect fit, with lots of room for layering and loft to spare. Recommended.

I live in Chicago and this jacket is Polar Vortex proof! It's incredibly warm. I typically get cold very easily and find myself layering with every jacket I own until I picked up THIS beast. I now often wear just a shirt under the jacket or a light layering piece when the temps drop to single digits. Buying items insulated with goose down is also out of my norm because I intend on spending considerable amount of time outdoors and I worry about the fill getting wet but Fjallraven ingeniously designed the jacket with synthetic fill reinforcements at the shoulders so it keeps me warm when I 'm caught in a wet snow. It's also super stylish and I get a lot of compliments, win- win.

I froze this winter in Park City, UT especially when the temp was hovering around zero. This parka changed that all. It is big and bulky but does not feel like that at all, it sits and wears no bigger than a standard puffy down coat. The fact that it is basically two down coats sewn together creates an air pocket in between them that will keep you warm in the coldest of temperatures. Another plus is that it is available in a heavier version for colder climates and it is about half the cost of a bougie Canada Goose, so save some money, stay warm, and look good in this bad boy.

I 've owned warm winter coats before, but nothing comes close to this marshmallow of a jacket. I tend to run pretty cold and the 415g of down has kept me toasty and smiling during frigid winter days and sub- zero midnight astrophotography shoots. The bulk is absolutely worth the comfort, and I appreciate the large zipper pulls and snaps that make it easy to operate with mittens on. I ca n't even imagine how much warmer the big brother to this jacket is( Expedition Down Jacket- 680g fill weight). For size reference, I am 6 ft. 4 in. 190lbs. and the size Large fits me perfectly- just enough room to layer while still not inhibiting movement.

Bought this on sale from a third party. Well constructed, smooth sealed zipper function and seemingly durably material. Have a Rab raincoat which does not have the same degree of durability. Had the opportunity to wear this in a variety of rainy conditions over the last 3 weeks. Remained dry with no wet through after 70 minutes of light to moderate steady rain. The must have chest pocket kept electronics dry throughout. I am 5 ’ 8 ” 152 lbs and range between small or medium depending on cut. This coat seems to a slightly fitted cut and the small fit fine with room for a base layer and either micro puff vest or jacket with still plenty of room for movement. Large vents are bidirectional. Small criticism of all rain coats of this version would be the lack of lining/light pil on the inside front of the jacket when it is fully zipped- the fabric can get a little harsh around your chin/mouth. Light weight and readily packable. Not yet sure what the DWR retreat rate will be but mfg specs suggest using Nikwax wash/treat products. To date, a nice light weight, waterproof shell. So far, 5 stars.

I needed a jacket that would perform in a variety of extreme environments when going inside was not an option. This jacket filled this role perfectly and has kept me dry while exploring the north Maine Woods more recently while hiking through the cloud rain forest in Costa Rica. On a cool rainy day, you can keep warm with all the vents closed and a puffy underneath. While in warmer humid weather, just open the massive vents on the sides and keep dry while still being able to `` breath '' and stop sweat from soaking you from the inside out. It is very weight efficient, easily packed, and well cut for the active user. The chest pocket is also a favorite feature of mine to safely store a cell phone while on the move yet keeping it easily accessible.

The new 3L Fabric is a huge improvement over the older Foray, it's robust, has just enough stretch, and overall is impressive. I was somewhat hesitant as they moved away from Gore but seeing it in person I am 100 percent a fan and it's better in every way. The only improvement, and OR please make this happen, is the branding. Make a Blacked out version without the contrasting logos, that would put this jacket as the best among the best.

Finally... A jacket that does what it says its going to do- so happy I purchased this. Excellent rain protection I experienced over 2 hours in medium rain on walk. No wet out, no leakage- water just ran off and kept me dry the whole time. Highly recommend this jacket for sure!

[ These are very High quality jackets and really warm but a little short on the length. Marmot should reconsider length on most of their down/insulated jackets, Highlanders are also a little short.
5
MC_Buzz
[ I love this jacket. It's very, very lightweight but keeps the wind chill and and cold at bay. The nylon used in the jacket is recycled, as is most of the down. The outdoor pockets have flaps over the zippers and the zippers are of good quality. It should be noted that while the sizes are accurate to what is listed on the website, that is a bit smaller than you might be used to from other companies so purchase accordingly.

[ After using my jacket for a few days since it substantially cooled off in our area this jacket is absolutely amazing. Went in a bicycle ride and with the wind chill it kept me very warm, yet didn ’ t make me sweat as much as my other jackets did. I am highly recommending this jacket.

[ I absolutely love this marmot jacket! The colors and style are modern and trendy and the way it's made is very high quality. I would describe this as a light jacket but the down inside makes it feel much warmer than a light jacket. 5/5!

You can immediately feel the quality craftsmanship in this piece as soon as you touch it. When in bitter conditions and needing to hunker down, the inner sections cover my mouth and nose and are soft against my face. For a synthetic piece, I was impressed by how much the insulation reminded me of down. It ’s light and warmed up quickly within moments of me having it on. The massive interior drop pockets are awesome and large enough to effortlessly stash my bulky gloves. The hand pockets are deep, so I don ’ t have to worry about fitting my whole hand inside to warm up if I forget gloves. The stretchy wrist cuffs completely seal out drafts, yet I barely notice they are there. This is my preferred jacket on wet winter days.

[ I 'm 5' 7 '' and about 170lbs. I bought a large to put multiple layers under for alpine use and the size was just about right. A little snug down around the hip area, but okay. I liked the jacket so much that I decided to buy a medium for `` around the town '' use, but the medium was so tight at the hips that it would n't drop all the way down. Had to return it. Stylish, comfortable, and functional. The design is sleek and minimalistic but the pockets and collar add a nice subtle contrast. The fit is what you look for out of a jacket, spacious to allow for layering without feeling too baggy. The liner provides warmth for the early winter days.

I live in Southern California, but travel all over the US for work so I needed a jacket that would look just as good at a bar on a Friday night with an all black outfit, as well as a functional jacket to layer when I am in colder climates. I was fortunate to grab this jacket just in time for some colder weather in California, and have loved having this in my rotation! It is vary, surprising light for the material, and feels well built. Some of my favorite features: 1. No large or obvious logos like other companies 2. Well made materials 3. has the feel of a heavy jacket in terms of comfort and warmth, but feels much lighter Some areas for improvement: 1. I got a size large and it felt like an XL, so runs just a tad big 2. Would have like a fur like collar, instead of the corduroy 3. Pockets are a bit small but do the job well. An interior pocket would also be nice. I have truly enjoyed this jacket and would highly recommend it

I just got this jacket, but by first impressions of use... WOW! This thing is exactly what I wanted. I have a shell for warmer days but had to bundle too many layers to stay warm on those cold days. I run very hot while skiing, I get to the bottom and need to strip or open all my layers to not overheat. This jacket gives you breathability while carrying the insulation that keeps you warm on the chair up. Literally the only thing that could be improved is the size of the armpit ventilation. Like I mentioned above I run hot so I would have enjoyed more airflow when I open the vents. But that tiny detail is the only thing I can find at fault and it's more of a personal preference. Bravo Mountain Hardwear!

I bought this jacket a month ago after trying it on at a Fjallraven store. The jacket runs a little large as I almost could fit into a small at 190 lbs and 6ft. I settled with a medium and it fits very nicely, not too tight across the shoulders and back as many jackets are. I use this jacket fishing and hiking in the back country of Vermont. Even the g1000 light is tough enough to push through thick woods without being fazed by sharp branches. This is the jacket I have been looking for, good looking and functional, tough material, waterproof( add more wax for heavy rain) and not too heavy. Bought in the dark olive color, very nice and could serve well as a hunting jacket in some situations. Hood is large and has good structure but can also be sinched down in two directions. I will definately be buying from Fjallraven again.

This jacket has become my favorite jacket for everyday wear. It's stylish enough for daily use, but the fabric is tough enough to hold up in the bush without punctures or tears. I 've also gotten it pretty dirty with dust and mud, and it has cleaned easily. I was expecting to use the jacket in milder temps, but I 've discovered that with a baselayer and a sweater underneath( and a nice coat of Greenland wax on the jacket) it performs very well on the coldest Michigan mornings. When using it in milder temps, each of the pockets is vented all the way through the jacket, so you can simply open up each pocket to allow airflow. 5'11, 175#- purchased a medium in the dark gray. Perfect fit for me( not baggy, but not restrictive), though the arms are a bit long.

I have lots of mountain gear, but unless it's howling and I need a hardshell, I always reach for this jacket. It has now been most of the way around the world with me. Whether I 'm doing multi- day treks or exploring new cities, it's great at everything. The cut is perfect. I 'm English but perhaps I have a Swedish body. I have finally found a jacket with perfect length sleeves! The articulation is great, it has a decent hood that does n't get in the way, and there is a thoughtful layout to the pockets. I have also introduced two of my friends to Fjallraven jackets, and they adore them. As long as Fjallraven keeps this cut/sleeve length, they have a faithful customer for life right here.

I love the fit and the details on this jacket. Keeps me dry in light rain too. If it does get wet it dries in about 30 mins. I am tall 6' 3 '' and the sleeves and body are plenty long and it's a nice trim fit as well. Love it so much I bought the insulated version as well.

So far so good. The fit is right, good for a base and mid layer underneath, or a light puffy coat. Two layers of wax and it beads water well. Looking forward to testing it in the upcoming winter season at Alta. Great for fending off the stickers and pokers of southern Utah canyon country. Did do with the Vidda Pro Trousers I also bought.

This is a great waterproof, wind blocking rain coat. I have already worn it quite a few times. Strong Velcro too. Pros: I ’ m 5 ’ 125- 130 lb. It is not too long on me. Which is a problem when you are short. Sits just below the hips. Velcro on the sleeves cuffs is a plus because the arms are a little long& it keeps the wind out. Ordered a medium& can still wear a light weight sweater under it. Cons: Would be nice if it had a two way zipper for getting in& out of car& an inside pocket.

[ I ’ m in surgical menopause& am constantly trying to strike the right balance between being too hot or too cold. This jacket is absolutely perfect. It ’s lightweight enough to e breathable but at the same time the Omni- tech heating feature kept me warm during a hike. Love that it ’s waterproof as well( walked in rain& I was completely dry). The hood is also great- I can wear a winter hat underneath it& it ’s not too loose. Plus the moonbeam color is my favorite color. 10/10 would recommend.

[ Employee of mountainhardwear] This is easily one of the best light weight puffy for moderate activity. It handles cold weather exceptionally well for how light it is. The stretch baffling makes movement incredibly natural. I have worn this jacket while bouldering on some colder days and I was impressed by how well it performed. The material is durable and holds up to abuse.

I have had a stretch down pullover hoody for about a year but wanted one that had a zipper. I found this fabric to be high quality and have never had any issues with tears. It does stretch but I wear mine fairly baggy so it does n't get tested. Its super light and you can stuff it almost anywhere. It feels like a windbreaker but it does hold some heat. I 'm a moderately heavy build and I do prefer slightly cooler temps than the average person. I feel comfortable wearing a t- shirt and this as long as its above maybe 25 or above for relatively short periods of time( hour or less). I live in central NC and on the rare occasion its colder than that, I reach for my regular stretch down hoodie. I do sorta wish it had a drawstring on the bottom but not a deal breaker.

The jacket fits really well. I ’ m a large and everything and this jacket was no exception. The quality is high. The jackets warm. I had no problems with the T- shirt and just the jacket at 40°. I wore it down to 20° with a T- shirt and a flannel underneath. It ’s also good and warmer temperatures.

This jacket has been a great pickup for my son. It ’s lightweight but still warm enough for chilly mornings, and the mixed material design gives it a cool, sporty look that he actually wants to wear. The fit is true to size with just enough room for layering, and it seems really well made for everyday use at school or playing outside. The zipper is smooth, the pockets are a nice bonus, and it holds up well after washing. Overall, a solid jacket that balances comfort, style, and durability without being bulky.

The DSG Boys' Mixed Media jacket is nice and light weight. It seems to be a little big, but the material is comfortable and able to be worn with many pieces of clothing. The zipper is an easy slide accessory.

Great jacket for my son to wear on warmer winter days and into the spring. Jacket is fleece lined and really comfortable and keeps you dry in light precipitation. My son( 9yo) wears this daily and its holding up to his rugged wear.

I have to say he looks a little bit of a dapper. The Boys Mixed Media Jacket in black is his favorite jacket he says. He wears it everyday even after I tell him I have to wash it... lol. He likes to rub it because of the breathing bumps. Its a great fit for him.

So far, so good! Living right outside the Middlesex Fells, the weather can be incredibly variable year round, and this jacket handles the rain and wind well. I 've found this jacket has managed to keep me warm when it's cold out, but also not overheat me in the event the sun is out because of how light the jacket is. The vents also help a lot with that, too. Definitely recommend!

My son has gotten so many compliments on this jacket. Someone compliments it almost every time he wears it. It is very warm. It is so soft on the inside and outside. Today we received the sherpa jacket that I ordered for my granddaughter. She wanted the boys version because she loved the color combination. We are thrilled with it! [ I bought this in Nov 2020 because I was looking for a lightweight winter jacket that I can wear as my primary jacket. I was worried it would n't be warm enough because it's not down but I can say that for non- active use, you could probably be comfortable in it down to 32 F or so. If you 're outdoors for extended periods of time( e. g. Standing outside for the bus/train, long walks), you might want something a little warmer. But for typical Philly/NYC winters, I think this is great. I also have a Fjallraven parka for when it's colder. If you 're being somewhat active, you could wear this comfortably in even colder temps. It does a good job of insulating the heat you generate from biking, jogging, brisk walking, etc. The fit is perfect for me! I have a long torso for someone my height( 5' 8 '') but it's nice and long, so I 'd guess that if you 're tall and skinny, this jacket would be great. For short torso people, it might feel long. The jacket looks great and feels like a great quality product. I hope to wear it for many years!

[ Employee of mountainhardwear] I have been using multiple Kor products for a while and added this one to my closet recently. It has many uses but what I use it for is early morning hikes and rides. There's a reason you see so many really favorable reviews of this jacket. It checks all the boxes. Packable, super light, blocks the wind, repels mist or light rain and looks great. Pull it out of your kit at a windy summit or the top of a pitch. If you are slim and athletic, it fits true to your usual size. I have a paunchy `` dad bod '', so I had to go up one size for midriff room. You wo n't have to, though. I also have the lined hoody version of this garment, and like it equally for belaying or just spectating at the base of the crag.

The good is that this is the lightest shell I 've ever put on- it's as light as a feather. But, I still do n't understand why MHW wo n't put in cinch waist cords anymore? [ I bought this as a gift for my husband for an upcoming trip. He is 6' and around 190 lbs, and I got him the XL. The sleeves are a bit long but they do have velcro to adjust and tighten them around the wrist. It's roomy but great for layering, though I think if he were ever to pull out the inner layer of the thin down shell, the outer jacket would be huge on him. The length is great for his longer torso, it covers his butt well. He had requested no hood and this one is detachable( not easy to find a decent ski jacket without a hood!) so another win!

I have 5 days of skiing on the jacket in weather from sunny/warm to heavy snow. The fabric breathability is perfect for sidecountry/in- bounds skiing, but a touch heavy if you 're looking for a backcountry jacket. Great windproofing while still breathing. I am 5'11, 165lbs, with broad shoulders. I bought the medium and it can be worn with a puffy underneath comfortably. Not baggy, but still free range of movement. A touch more room on the shoulders would have suited me a bit better. There are a ton of useful pockets, no shortage. Zippers are easy to access, pit zips are a bit cumbersome however. Velcro on the cuffs is easy to adjust with different gloves.

Good winter and low temp jacket. Its longer and a tad baggy/active since its made for riding, so take your normal size and layer underneath for really cold days. It's super comfortable and will keep you warm and dry. I was impressed with this jacket from the moment I received it. Even before wearing it, I could see that the attention to detail and quality is top- notch. The stitching, the inside seams, and the quality of materials all look and feel great right off the bat. I was not disappointed when I took this on my first rainy hike. Water beaded up nicely on the outside of the shell and the pit zips came in very handy as I started heating up. I really like that the material has a somewhat soft feel to it- its not slick like other rain jackets I 've worn in the past. The material is much quieter when moving as well. I also got several complements on the jacket from some fellow hikers( I have the Cenote version- I love the color combo!) My one wish is that that the hood brim had a little more heft to it. A slightly stiffer brim would be nice during heavy rain or windy conditions. Overall I highly recommend this jacket. Its lightweight, waterproof, and a great value given the outstanding quality and overall performance.

As an avid runner and cyclist, I 've put this jacket through the wringer, and I 'm thrilled to report that it truly lives up to its promise. Let me break down why this jacket is an absolute game- changer: Versatility: This jacket adapts seamlessly to any activity. Whether I 'm sprinting on the trails or cruising on my bike, it stretches with me, allowing unrestricted movement. No more feeling constricted during intense workouts! Weather Warrior: Rain? No problem. The waterproof feature keeps me bone- dry, even during heavy downpours. But here's the magic: it's also breathable! Say goodbye to that clammy feeling- I stay comfortable and fresh throughout my activities. Perfect Fit: As a taller guy( 6' 3 ''), finding a jacket that fits well can be a challenge. But the size Large is spot- on. It hugs my frame without being too tight, and the length is just right. Effectively eliminating awkward adjustments mid- run! This jacket is my new go- to for all weather conditions. It's like having a trusty sidekick that never lets you down. If you 're serious about performance, this is the jacket for you!

[ Have worn the First Light Stretch Hoodie for three months now, including on a few winter hikes& a XC ski in the Cascades. Couldn ’ t find another jacket that, at this high level of breathability and range of motion, also offers solid warmth& wind- resistance, great durability, and stylish looks for everyday use. A few jackets may be as breathable as this one, but none of them also offer good warmth+ good wind- resistance+ excellent durability. Only the Arc ’ teryx Proton LT seems to come close. The durability is due to a robust shell fabric( 40- denier) and the Primaloft Silver insulation, which is more durable than Gold and very close to it in warmth. Also, this jacket is fully featured, with an adjustable, well- fitting hood that doesn ’ t block the view, an internal zippered pocket, and two well- placed external zippered pockets. Everyone has to make their own calculation, but I think the three ounces this jacket weighs more than some of the less durable, less featured jackets, are well- worth it. Also, this jacket packs down well. I have a large and it compresses to about 2 liters. Super versatile, comfortable jacket for anything from hardcore outdoor uses, including high- output activities& campside use, to everyday wear.

[ very light jacket, almost weightless and breathes well and does not wiggle movement. Warm hood. Very happy with the purchase. A friend bought himself the same as mine, only in a different color. a small drawback- the liner sticks out a little through the sleeves, but this is not a problem at all.

Really great moisture repellant, love the sleeve length and pocket locations. ... Waterproof, durable, and it looks great! ... The small I ordered fits with room for warm layers( I 'm 5' 4 '',

[ I love this jacket. It's a perfect weight to layer warmth underneath, or keep yourself cool on warm rainy days. It fits beautifully. I prefer light colors for visibility in stormy conditions, so I got the white/tan one. The internal drawstring at the waist is flattering. The hood WILL NOT blow down in wind. I wish they did n't use so much velcro on the front tab covering the zipper, but I do like the low profile effect of it, so it's a wash. I am 5' 8 '', 125# and I got the small.

[ I had another Columbia Rain jacket and left if on a plane. I researched many rain jackets for what I wanted and ended up going with Columbia again. I wanted it `` longish '', rain proof of course but also warm, zippered deep pockets, and a nice hood with good fastening abilities around the face. I just got back from an Alaskan cruise and wanted it specifically for this trip and an Antarctica one I have in January. It was perfect, performed well in all areas I wanted it to. I ordered an X Large in order to enable it to allow bulky sweaters and layers and it did the job!

Cotopaxi's color combos are notoriously ugly, but this deep berry red color is fantastic. Also a great design, as a midlayer. Excited to wear this when it gets cooler

[ Best jacket since 2022. Great colors( Blue and Yellow). Cool message on sleeve and images on inner lining. It has two side pockets and a chest pocket. [ Bought this in size XXS for my petite( 40 in tall, 31 lbs, size 3T bottoms) 4- yr- old to grow into. It ’s very long and baggy on her for now, which isn ’ t terrible. I like that it has the Omni- heat foil on the inside, which was the main reason I bought it as it can get as low as 9 degrees where I live. I wasn ’ t aware of the “ Outgrown ” thing and was pleasantly surprised to learn about it as I was checking out the jacket. That seems super useful and since I bought this to be grown- into, the extending cuffs add some extra life to the jacket. It ’s still summer right now, so I can ’ t comment on how toasty it keeps my toddler just yet, but it ’s pretty thick and I ’ m guessing this will be amazing for the next 2- 3 years.

Bought in black size M for my petite 11 year old( 55 lbs, 53 inches). She loves it! Definitely great quality for my rough and tumble kid. Big enough for her to wear next year, but also wearable now. Will be good for skiing, sledding, and general school wear( and by this I mean `` belly boggin '' which kids slide down hills in just their coats on their bellies... great for coat longevity...).
