I love these Buck 110 folding knives. I ’ m 68 years old and this is my third knife, I purchased my first knife when I was a teenager, these knives hold up, I lost the last one it didn ’ t break. The build quality and design is amazing. It ’s a very handsome and well designed knife as well as being very sharp from the factory. This knife is always sitting on my belt. I use this knife for skinning and quartering axis deer, and of all the knives I have( even those made for skinning deer) this knife is my favorite. Just the right size, holds an edge well, sharpens quickly, and hasn ’ t broken a tip while separating hip sockets. Have been using for over two years now( I harvest about 12- 15 deer per year in Hawaii where there is no deer season and way too many deer). I had this knife a few years ago and mis- placed it sadly, I have nothing bad to say about this knife, its very durable, and the that circle on the handle was a cool feature it helped with grip a lot, the blade was very sharp and strong, and the handle was almost a fiberglass looking metal handle( would be nice to of been that rubber matte finish) but.. anyways I 'm about to re- buy this, great buy!

well a little kid knocked my favorite knife off the pier today and i wish the warantee would cover that but it was a great knife, comes sharp, stays sharp and good blade thickness but lightweight and extremely durable cant believe the things it had been through( 70% of powdercoat was knocked off if that gives you any indication of how much abuse it survived, im ordering another as soon as im done with this here review, great product hope they continue to make great cheap knifes like these in the future.

I love this knife! My favorite EDC. Super comfortable and an easy one handed operated folder. It's not fast to put away, but the draw is quick. Gerber just needs to make a version with better steel, like S30V would be fine. 8 years in the army and I went through 3 of these. I think the clip could be better too. But jimping is amazing and the lightweight frame is on point!

My wife gave me my first one a few years ago. May have lost it at work yesterday, but it might be found and returned. In the mean time, I 'm not taking any chances- just ordered a replacement- same model. Gerber 22- 41968 I 've given it a heck of a workout in my new job since last July. Enough proof for me that I need it replaced ASAP. It's done exactly what I needed it to do on a daily basis, each and every time.

Hi. I am a major Gerber fan. Own many of their products and dozens of knives. This was my first. I bought at a climbing store and found that the finger hole was perfect for hooking on a carabiner. Knife is solidly built and perfect addition to a climbing rack in times of need. Recommended.

Years ago when I was younger and less in the funds, carried a trident as my edc because it was well priced, comfortable, and durable. I recently came across this relatively new version and decided to give it a go for Nostalgia ’s sake. Man is this thing cool. It ’s super solid without feeling too heavy, it ’s comfortable in the hand, and really just an all- around fun fidget knife. The AT action is crisp and powerful. My only gripe that ’s not really a gripe is that the new closed locking mechanism will take some getting used to in its place on the top of the knife as opposed to in the handle. I ’ ve yet to put this one through the ringer, but it feels even more solid than the previous iterations, and I used to beat the hell out of those things.

This knife comes well sharpened, it has a good grip on it and handling it is straight forward. The product was a little pricey, but so far the knife seems like it will have good longevity. The blade is adequately sized and the handle will accommodate even large hands.

[ This knife is perfect size and weight to throw in a pocket of your favorite lightweight shorts. It's long enough to slice an apple but small enough to where it dos n't whip from side to side in your pocket when walking/jogging. Handle design feels great in the hand and gives plenty of support when cutting, yet it dos n't feel too bulky when in your pocket. Blade is of good quality and holds an edge well. Would highly recommend this knife if you 're looking for a good urban environment every day carry blade. Would also be a great knife for somone with smaller hands.

This knife is great! First time I saw it I fell in love with the profile then I found the Wolf Gray and really loved the look.( I need a blue one now). Out the box it was near shaving sharp, some light stropping put it there. Feels great in the hand and has great control. I haven ’ t done any hard use with it yet just some box cutting, yard work stuff, other small tasks. But worked great at what its been used for, I ’ m starting to sound like a bit or something but I just love this blade! Great tool at a great price point. Just need a blue option, ahem!

When selecting an adventure knife, consider features such as blade material, size, and design. A high-quality steel blade offers durability and sharpness, while a comfortable grip ensures ease of use during various activities. Additionally, look for knives with versatile functions, such as folding mechanisms or multi-tool capabilities, to enhance their utility in outdoor settings.
The best materials for an adventure knife typically include stainless steel for the blade, which provides resistance to corrosion and wear. Handles made from materials like rubber or textured polymers can offer a secure grip, even in wet conditions. It's also beneficial to consider lightweight materials for ease of carry during outdoor excursions.
Choosing the right size adventure knife depends on your intended use and personal preference. A compact knife may be ideal for lightweight backpacking or everyday carry, while a larger knife can provide more versatility for tasks like chopping or cutting through tougher materials. Consider how you plan to use the knife and select a size that balances portability with functionality.
Adventure knives come in various types designed for specific activities, such as camping, hiking, or survival situations. Fixed-blade knives are often preferred for heavy-duty tasks, while folding knives offer convenience and portability. Multi-tools that incorporate knife blades can also be beneficial for those who want a single tool for multiple functions during outdoor adventures.
The grip and handle design of an adventure knife are crucial for comfort and safety during use. A well-designed handle can prevent slipping and provide better control, especially in challenging conditions. Look for ergonomic shapes and textured surfaces that enhance grip, as these features can significantly impact the knife's performance in outdoor settings.
