I use this knife for skinning and quartering axis deer, and of all the knives I have( even those made for skinning deer) this knife is my favorite. I will not ding the knife for this, it is a personal preference and a simple fact that I have large hands. I did return it for that reason. I really like the knife and anyone who does n't have bear paws for hands will love this knife.

I love this knife! My favorite EDC. Super comfortable and an easy one handed operated folder. It's not fast to put away, but the draw is quick. Gerber just needs to make a version with better steel, like S30V would be fine. 8 years in the army and I went through 3 of these. I think the clip could be better too. But jimping is amazing and the lightweight frame is on point!

My wife gave me my first one a few years ago. May have lost it at work yesterday, but it might be found and returned. In the mean time, I 'm not taking any chances- just ordered a replacement- same model. Gerber 22- 41968 I 've given it a heck of a workout in my new job since last July. Years ago when I was younger and less in the funds, carried a trident as my edc because it was well priced, comfortable, and durable. I recently came across this relatively new version and decided to give it a go for Nostalgia ’s sake. Man is this thing cool. It ’s super solid without feeling too heavy, it ’s comfortable in the hand, and really just an all- around fun fidget knife. The AT action is crisp and powerful. My only gripe that ’s not really a gripe is that the new closed locking mechanism will take some getting used to in its place on the top of the knife as opposed to in the handle. I ’ ve yet to put this one through the ringer, but it feels even more solid than the previous iterations, and I used to beat the hell out of those things.

This knife comes well sharpened, it has a good grip on it and handling it is straight forward. The product was a little pricey, but so far the knife seems like it will have good longevity. The blade is adequately sized and the handle will accommodate even large hands.

This knife is great! First time I saw it I fell in love with the profile then I found the Wolf Gray and really loved the look.( I need a blue one now). Out the box it was near shaving sharp, some light stropping put it there. Feels great in the hand and has great control.
