It fits under my Pilates reformer perfectly. Protects my wood floor and minimizes movement while doing exercises, but I 'm still able to slide it along the floor. Also great that it did not have a horrible plastic smell.

I have been using a good mat for yoga, though basic, it has helped me 6 months in my practice. This Manduka mat is really worth the price since it has enough cushioning, not so much that makes one lose balance but good for a head stand. Also, it has a great grip for positions when you press hard with hands and feet. It is long enough for me to fit laying down and it is n't that heavy. A very good product overall, I highly recoment it for anyone who practices yoga or even other sports.
