I have used Lightning TRSs, Twisters, and Maxxums for the last 30 years. This is the best skate ever for Skate to Ski. It ’s stiffer than other skates so the support is outstanding. The new liner and footbed fit great. It fits so well that I took off the 45 deg buckle. I also put on a frame for bigger 90mm wheels. Great job Rollerblade!

I 'll start with the not great part first. Break in period was tough- probably b/c prior to this, I have n't skated since the Mighty Ducks franchise was in theaters. Once broken in, these babies fit like a perfectly- worn glove and they perform like Kobe in the clutch. Agile, fast, smooth, and supportive, my Twister XTs are BY FAR the best skates I 've ever worn. They look and feel great, offer support and are easy to lace up. Wheels are good to go out of the box, I went from street to rink with no problems. Wheels are firm but a bit spongy, comes with some really good Abec 7 bearings. Totally worth the money, these guys deliver for the average Joe looking to have a comfortable, smooth, and stylish ride.

Only down fall was the bolts are on super tight, the front wheel bolt is now warped and could get it off, guess I 'll be keeping them until the wheels wear out. measure your foot in cm/mm before selecting a size. my foot measures 265mm and the 8. 5/26. 5cm skate fits perfect. there is a break- in period, after that, any hotspots will go away. the stock insoles are ok, put superfeet hockey or similar insoles in. frames are pretty good, wheels and bearings are amazing.

I did extensive research on a set of Urban Blades and ended up grabbing these ones. The pricepoint is worth the quality! I 'm happy to review as it's hard to find female reviewers in this community! The Boots fit great. I read so many reviews that these boots run small and the recommendation was to size up. I wear a size 9 in Tennis shoes and got the 9/9. 5. They fit great no matter if I have thin or thick set of socks on. They are pretty lightweight, but feel extremely supportive in the frame and boot. The laces and straps will keep your foot/ankle locked in for maximum support and speed! Be warned-- these Skates are FAST! I was an avid blader in my teens and just decided to pick it back up at 29! I 've been skating streets and sidewalks and the skates really handle the different textures of concrete. I did install the brake that came with it and have a goal to remove it by Friday( will officially be one week back into blading). These skates can handle Tstops, power glides/stops-- you name it! The hydrogen wheels are pretty dreamy and smooth. I feel like these skates are responsive and do n't feel out of control at all. So much thought went into the engineering of this product and I 'm thrilled I was able to grab a pair. I LOVE them and skate every day. Thank you Rollerblade for allowing my inner child to have fun again! Get out ans Skate!!

The Skate to Ski movement bringing awareness to the huge advantage off season training specific to the same movements we use in skiing is what I am passionate about. This Twister inline skate has the performance, the comfort in the toe box, the support that feels like a ski boot( but of course more comfortable). It is great for long distance, bike path skating, practicing drills in the parking lot and I have even played around with them in the park. A great versatile skate I will recommend to all my students and followers!

I love everything about this skate. I was nervous to try the twister after reading some reviews about the skate being too narrow but I ’ ve had no issues despite having wider feet. They were redesigned a few years ago so I ’ m assuming some of the issues I read were with the previous design. These feel great, I am so happy I went with the Rollerblade brand. I only wish I would have purchased from a licensed dealer, my set was missing the Allen wrenches but nothing I can ’ t replace easily.

I bough these for recreational skating so I can go on the ice and teach my kids better skating for ice hockey. These are a great choice, very pretty and comfortable. Idk why I was so surprised that the outer shell is plastic, somehow in my mind I had made it out to be leather, in either case these are beautiful skates. The inside boot is very soft, warm and fluffy. I had A LOT of anxiety picking the size. I ’ m size 9 women US, 40 EU and if I had ordered what the chart says I should have ordered skate size 7 but I didn ’ t I ordered 8 since a neighbor who is an ice hockey ref told me order one size down Bauer skate size as opposed to your shoes size. I ordered 8 skate size and it fits perfectly although the box says 42 EU. Sizing is way out of wack. Just order one size down in skate sizing from your shoe size.

I have 21 years without skating, I am 33 years old, I think I made a good choice in this 3- wheel model, everything is practice, the good thing is that I have a notion of skating!! My foot is normal to a little narrow, I would n't recommend it for people with wide feet... it says on the box that it comes with an Allen wrench but it did n't come with it:(,, it comes with an insole included which would be your size 10, if you remove it it reaches 10. 5.. it comes with 2 red/black braids.. I feel like you should bring your Allen wrench and a small oil for the bearings!!
