i ’ ve been using these for the cable machine to do leg lifts, not necessarily for resistance bands, and it ’s been working great! obviously the quality matches the price but it ’s such a simple piece of equipment that it probably doesn ’ t have to be too intense

These are perfect for doing prone leg- curls. Just use the door anchor and away I go. Another use, that's not the usual: Connected the two and made a neck exercise harness with a short light cable and a triple anchor handle. Just make certain you have a good grip on the handle.

This is a great gym for the price. Everything functions smooth and quiet. Fits nicely in a small corner( 27 inches of the side wall and 3 inches off the back wall). Assembly took about 4 hours but the instructions are well done and easy to follow. Instructions recommend two people work together but I was able to assemble it alone with no major problem. If time is most important, I would recommend adding the installation service. The only negative is you must sit facing the machine for Lat Pulls to avoid hitting the Bench Press handles. No big deal.

[ Strength training is a so important during aging. As an early Christmas gift, Bala is keeping me strong and in shape.

[ These are so worth the price tag! I used to use ankle weights filled with sand and they felt so bulky/uncomfortable. The bala weights can basically be customized to fit your ankle for comfort. You can barely tell they ’ re on, unless you ’ re doing ground work. 10/10 recommend and I can ’ t wait to try other products!

Bought these to do some leg strength exercises I learned in physical therapy. The straps are long enough to fit on my ankle and also on my one thigh. I am an amputee and was hoping it would fit.

5 Mia44
Almost bought the 5lb, so happy I bought 10. I use them all the time. tip- They need to be really tight in order for them to stay in place.

I got these to go with my workout videos and i must say they are awesome!. They slide a little bit off my ankles but that is only because i have very small ankles so i do n't think that should be a problem for the average person. I started off with half the weight and slowly added more weight. One of my favorite things about these ankle weights is that you can adjust how much weight to put!

5 H. Brown
I got these to while after my two knee replacements to strengthen my muscles around my knees and strengthen my leg muscles. I use strengthen arms and upper body as well. They good to has to keep your body toned!!!

works great even on an 8inch ankle only slides a bit. The Velcro straps are tough to separate for the first month but better that than fall off. edges are smooth and zippered access to remove weights is sleek and does not catch. Well made..

This is a very solid product. The software had a few issies but the recent update fkxed a counting issue. The product is quiet and i shut it off when i am not using it to conserve power. I have doem 3 worjouts a week for last to months. I love the consistancy of the resistance. I have been having echelon reach out and asked to share feedbsck which i requested music integration. Thought classes could be more fun with music, but honestly i play music on my radio( sonos) whwn i workout. Since i got the product there has been many skftware updates. I really like the added features and updated classes adding regulary.

5 Veronica A
The Echelon comes with a bunch of attachments, which is awesome. The straight bar, ankle straps, and different handles give tons of variety. BUT. Storing all this stuff is a pain. Had to buy a separate organizer. Also, switching between attachments mid- workout can be a hassle. Still, the versatility is worth the extra effort. Just be prepared for some accessory Tetris.

5 Peter P
Never done a lot of weight training, but this makes it all seem so easy with a great range of capability.

5 Bill M
I bought this along with the Duotread treadmill. I always wanted a smart strength machine, and this one is definitely worth it. I can do so much more with it. I was informed by Echelon that a new barbell is coming. That is great, cause i am not a fan of the one that came with it. I guess they heard feedback and decided to update it. The software gets updates almost every few weeks with cool new features. The product is very well made, and not a toy. It is a serious workout machine.

5 Jacqueline
This Echelon thing tries to do everything- strength, cardio, yoga, you name it. Surprisingly, it does most of it well. The strength stuff is solid, and the HIIT classes are no joke. Yoga's a bit weird on it, but doable. The 24 '' '' screen makes following along easy. Wish it had more storage for accessories though. My living room's starting to look like a gym equipment graveyard.
