The rubber grip barbell plates are the perfect addition for our high school adaptive PE class. Students have limited mobility so safety around the weights is essential. THe weights stack well, are safer for students to put on and take off the bars, and the weisghts are also quiet when moved from place to place. Highly recommend this product to others!

I purchased both of these, and they work great. the 10lb is a bit `` flimsy ''( really rubbery and flexible), whereas the 15lb is stronger and dense. Regardless, these are a great start to buying the set. A great thing about purchasing here rather than straight from Nike, is the free shipping. You can also purchase individually! The only problem is that DSG sells out quickly!

I bought these a few weeks ago and love the set. The first bar had a sticky bearing, but Dick's was quick to replace it for me. The new bar spins really smooth, just like their display model. Dont listen to the guy giving it one star... you dont just give it one star just because of the color difference... when writing a review you take several things in consideration: value, price, quality, durability, and is the item as described... dont get all mad if the color is wrong and write a negative review. Thats a one track mind and its unhelpful to people that want to buy this product and count on reviews for good feedback. this weight set is awesome, very good quality.

I originally went to Dicks to purchase the Ethos 5 post weight plate holder but when I came across this new 6 post version I knew it would be perfect for my space. This plate tree is very well built. The solid yet compact design is a great space saver and it holds my bumper plates with ease. I currently have 460lbs loaded on this rack and it could easily hold more. The casters roll well even while loaded up with plates, and the ability to move the unit around your space is a nice feature that I didn ’ t originally think was a must have item for me, but now that I have it, I would never go back to a non- rollable rack. It is incredibly convenient. The packaging was decent, but could probably be improved upon. They do make use of styrofoam and foam sleeves, but the contents inside the package were able to shift around some. I found one or two very small scratches on the base of my rack which isn ’ t a big deal for me at all, but I do think the packaging is worth mentioning as it could possibly lead to potential damages during shipping for others. Installation is an absolute breeze. The rack does come with installation instructions, but this can easily be put together without any guidance. Only tools needed are a hex socket and a wrench and the entire rack can be assembled in about 5- 10 minutes. My entire garage gym has been designed around the ability to save space and double utilize the area efficiently. This rack by Ethos was the perfect solution to help me stay organized and minimize the footprint needed to store my weights. Highly recommended!

Sturdy and a neat way to organize your barbells and plates. Easy to setup and a real space saver. Love the finish and feel of the piece, the Allen screws securing the peg sleeves are prone to loosening with use but really not that big of an issue. The included spring clamps are a plus and I 'm also using them to keep the plates secured when using the leg developer attachment on my adjustable bench. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in the market for a space saving plate and barbell rack

Home gym plates are weights designed for strength training and can be used with various types of weightlifting equipment, such as barbells and weight machines. They come in different sizes and weights, allowing users to customize their workouts according to their fitness levels and goals. These plates are essential for adding resistance to exercises, promoting muscle growth and strength.
Home gym plates are typically made from materials such as cast iron, rubber, or a combination of both. Cast iron plates are durable and often have a classic look, while rubber-coated plates can help reduce noise and protect flooring. The choice of material can affect the longevity, grip, and overall performance of the plates.
Choosing the right weight for home gym plates depends on your current fitness level and workout goals. Beginners may start with lighter weights to master form and technique, while more experienced lifters can opt for heavier plates to challenge themselves. It's important to gradually increase weight as strength improves to avoid injury.
Rubber grip home gym plates offer several benefits, including enhanced grip during lifting and reduced risk of slipping. They are also designed to minimize damage to floors and equipment, making them ideal for home gym settings. Additionally, the rubber coating can help reduce noise during workouts, providing a quieter training environment.
Yes, home gym plates can be used for a variety of exercises, including squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and more. They can also be utilized for functional training and conditioning workouts. Their versatility makes them a valuable addition to any home gym setup, allowing users to engage in a wide range of strength training routines.
