[ For some context, I am a male in my mid 20s and I run about 60 miles a week. I am currently training for a 25km race and I primarily used the Zegama 2s for my easy and steady runs. I was quite impressed with the Zegama 2. One notable enhancement is the incorporation of Vibram technology into the outsole, providing excellent grip and stability, particularly on trails. This feature proved invaluable during my off- road sessions. When running, this allowed the ride of the shoe to be grippy and secure. In particular, when on the trails, this was quite handy! However, the Zoom X foam is the highlight of this shoe. Not only is the foam soft and squishy, but it is also offers a high energy return. I found the foam to be most useful on my easy runs. After running a hard session, this shoe works well for easy days on the trails. The high cushioning keeps the muscles fresh. As someone who has ran in many of Nike ’s shoes, I will say that this iteration of Zoom X is not as squishy as the initial generation. It is a firmer version. For comparison, it is similar to the feel of the invincible 3. In terms of fit, the shoe fit true to size. I normally wear a 9. 5 and it fit me perfectly. I appreciate how the upper extends higher than a normal shoe- this helps to prevent dirt and rocks from entering the shoe. However, given its trail- focused design, I wished for a waterproof upper to tackle muddy terrains while keeping my socks dry. Often times, the trails are quite muddy, and by having a waterproof upper, this would serve the shoe well. Nonetheless, the fabric of the upper is comfortable and I did not have any issues with blisters or rubbing. As can be seen by my pictures, I have the shoe in the black and white colorway. The design works well as it hides dirt. Although I already have almost 30 miles on the shoes, they still look brand new! As someone who works nights, I enjoy the little details of the shoe: it says “ all day ” and “ all night ” on each respective tongue. This made me chuckle when I first saw it. In terms of bottom line, I really enjoyed this shoe. The updated outsole works well and the Zoom X cushion is phenomenal. The ride is great and responsive. I imagine I will be reaching for this shoe for all my trail runs, and even for some easy and steady days on the sidewalk. As for potential improvements, waterproofing the upper would undoubtedly elevate this shoe's performance, especially in muddy conditions. If it was waterproof, this shoe would truly be at the top of the trail shoe category. Further, while I love the Zoom X, I do wish it was a softer version of the cushioning. I am not sure what chemical changes have occurred since its debut years ago, but it continues to get firmer with each update. However, some many appreciate this change.

[ Nike Zoom Structure 25 is where comfort meets support. Zoom cushioning with arch support to help stabilize the foot. Added support in the arch of the foot is noticeable but not too much and is comfortable for all day wear. Fit is true to size as far a Nike running goes. Standard width was roomy and provide me ample toe box room. Upper is lightweight and breathable. Outsole has good traction and did not experience any traction issues running outdoors or on the treadmill.

When asked his opinion on the negatives of the shoes he said he couldn ’ t think of any but his top 2 positives about the shoe were fit and comfort. When it came to the fit he said that the shoes fit like a glove they weren ’ t too loose and they weren ’ t too tight and he stated that they didn ’ t adjust over time as well like some shoes do, they stayed at the perfect fit. He also said that he really likes where the shoe falls on the ankle because it ’s not too high where you feel constricted and not too low where it rubs against the bone. He can wear these shoes all day and stay comfortable in them, they have the right amount of cushion and bounce without feeling like you are walking on a board. My husband now wears these shoes every day outside of work.

But once the foot is in the shoe the looks don ’ t matter. The shoe fits true to size and holds the foot like Goldilocks…not too tight, not too loose…just right. The cushion was noticeably significant as the shock absorption on strike was well received and eliminated prevailing joint pain through the leg. That being said, the insole of this shoe is geared more towards a rear mid/heel striker. I also tested this shoe in cross training with a combo HIIT, functional strength training, spring workout and the shoe performed well. It is now my favorite cross training shoe. I would suggest flat laces that hold up to vigorous training and a larger pull loop on the back of the heel for convenience. Overall, 9/10.

Adding the GTS guide rails to the Addiction was a good move. This shoe is the perfect `` reset '' shoe for my feet. Very stable, not much rocking or rolling on footbed so the shoe is extremely restorative for my hips, ankles and knees. True, the Addiction GTS is not the running shoe that the Glycerin GTS or Adrenaline GTS are, but it is great for alternating to destress my joints. Great stability and slow movement shoe. Good for walking too.

The Asics stays soft and comfortable through the entire run, and are probably some of the most comfortable shoes in general. My favorite part I have found with the Asics shoes are the area under the ball of the foot stays soft for your entire run. Almost every other shoe I have does n't do this as well as the Asics. Will resist water to a point, but it ’s not meant to be a rain boot. Comfortable, extremely so during the first 200 miles. Love the grip of the soles, especially in more treacherous conditions. I needed some hiking shoes to hike North Cascades National Park in Seattle. Never had hiking shoes before, but hated that they looked so clunky. I saw that trail running shoes work well for hikes as well and allow your feet to stay flexible. I saw these for sale and gave it a try. Wow. It genuinely provided so much support for hiking and light jogging. I hiked through brush, rocks, gravel, tree roots, grass, and other terrains. I did n't slip a single time and the shoes really cushioned each step. Safe to say, I would have been doomed with regular running shoes. After hiking a few days, the shoes still looked new! They were a bit dusty from the trail itself, though. Treads on the bottom looked new, did n't see any scratches or gouges, laces were not frayed. I got the Gore- Tex variant, so at the end of the hike, I walked into the shallow end of a lake and wiped them off, no water got in. I half- sized up. My regular shoe size is a 9, but I went 9. 5 because I wore thicker socks and appreciate the toe room during hiking as I do n't want my toes banging the front of the shoe. Feet also swell when hiking. All in all, I hiked around 20 miles on this trip as well as walking around city areas, so probably closer to 30 miles. I had no issues whatsoever and would recommend them. If Nike wants to sponsor me for this review, I 'm all ears because they 've won me over with these purposeful shoes.

Very lightweight with the right amount of arch support. Fairly easy to slip on and soft around the ankle opening. [ These shoes are replacing my Hokas for trail runs. As a runner recovering from knee surgery, high cushion is important for me. These are bouncy pillows on each heel. I would say they are true to size in comparison with other Nike shoe products. The shoes provide a snug fit and felt they had a great grip on various surfaces. While running on the trail I had great traction but was also able to run around the neighborhood in them. I did get the shoes wet from the rain and the fabric dried pretty quickly. I think the design is definitely in style with the thicker sole while providing comfort. If I had to change anything I would offer more color variations.

[ This is my second pair of Trail Pegasus, and I like it more than the first one:) The Pegasus are a staple for any running enthusiast, but I had n't worn a pair of trail shoes until recently, and I 'm sold. The sole has a lot more grip, which makes these shoes truly `` all- terrain '', both for trail runs but also for every day walks. On top of that, these shoes include Gore- Tex material, making them water resistant( no more excuses not to go for a run in light rain!). They are as comfy as their non- trail Pegasus counterparts, and they have a very similar fit. This color combination has quickly become a favorite for their versatility. As with any Pegasus, I 'd recommend sizing up half a size if you regularly run long distances( 6+ miles). Looking forward to many trail runs over the summer!

[ Wow! These are my new go- to workout shoes. I do everything in them and have experienced no problems during my Zumba, cycling, running, and HIIT workouts. [ Opened up the classic Orange Nike box and threw on what I call “ Dad ’s Best Friend ” shoes! As my son has recently started school and still struggling on tying his shoes. These are saving us solid time and building confidence in the morning when preparing for school in the morning! Plus I love the grip/outsole! As we ’ ve been going fishing he can toss these on quick and we jump straight on the trails! Such a versatile shoe with the grip on the outsole. I would ’ ve maybe added reflective panels and possibly water proofing to really perfect them!

[ My 4 year old LOVES THESE SHOES!! She ’s 4 so increasingly more independent. These sneakers made it so she can put her shoes on herself and be able to go when ’s she ready. My daughter m, everytime she puts them on always says how comfortable they are. Also, she races often so she talks about how they make her go super sonic fast and that ’s why she always wins in her races.

[ This shoe hits the sweet spot- no easy feat for a children ’s shoe! The first thing I noticed about the Revolution 7 was the subtle style elements. Nike took details from adult shoes and incorporated them onto a children ’s shoe. The mini Swoosh near the toe box? So awesome to see that on a kids shoe! The design of the mid- sole and overall silhouette really set these apart from others in the market- it looks and feels like these took some serious time and effort to design. The bottom of the shoe just makes sense in its design- providing traction without being bulky. My son is active in the neighborhood, always riding scooters and chasing his friends around. He tends to take his shoes off and put them back on several times throughout the day. This shoe is easy to get off and back on, and he never felt like his foot was slipping around while playing. Best of both worlds. My son even made sure to tell me that these shoes were EASY to get off and back on, all by himself. Hallelujah! I don ’ t love the Velcro strap, but I suppose that ’s a necessary element to keep the shoe sturdy on the kids foot. I know my son will continue getting a ton of use out of these, and I ’ m thankful that Nike has put out a shoe that was clearly designed with the active kid in mind.

[ We love these shoes! My 1 year old has wide feet and we struggle to find shoes that are comfortable for her. These are perfect! This shoe has enough room for her feet while still fitting snugly to her foot shape. This makes them extremely easy for her to walk in. They are flexible enough to move with her feet but still sturdy enough to hold up to a very busy toddler. I love the black on black design because my daughter can be rough on these shoes and they still look amazing. Possibly my favorite feature though, is how lightweight they are. We have tried other brands in the past and they were heavy and clunky. Not at all ideal for kids who are learning to walk. These shoes have literally everything we were looking for to make learning to walk a breeze! We highly recommend them.

[ First impressions: The Nike Revolution 7 tdv is probably one of our favorite sneakers to put on our little one for a full day out of the house. The toe box is constructed wide which I feel is a must have for babies and toddlers to allow for ample room for the toes and forefoot, while breathable material surrounds and secures the heel in place. The shoe appears to have laces, but they are elastic and fixed in place, which helps keep a snug fit over the top of the foot. Weighing in at just 53g per shoe, this is one of the lightest all around, general purpose shoes we have for our active child. Fit: Fit is true to size, but may also depend on the type of socks being used. We were able to use regular socks with no issue, but if you prefer padded socks, a size up may be a better option. The insole has a lot of cushion and the recycled material of the outsole has some flexibility, so our little one was just fine with regular socks throughout the day with seemingly no discomfort or fatigue. Quality: For a shoe that has integrated recycled materials into the construction, the shoes have held up quite well over the few weeks of use we ’ ve had it. The black on black color way in particular helps with hiding scuffs and the shoes practically retained their nearly brand new look. The upper of the shoe is mostly made of a breathable mesh material with waterproofed toe guards and lace inlets for extra durability.
