These have become one of my favorite Adidas running shoes now- that means a lot because I have every Adidas performance line running shoes. I just got these last week and put in about 10 miles. It happened to be my mother who I gifted them to that works in a plant on her feet 8- 10 hours a day. [ Straight out of the box, the Nike Structure 26 has that wow factor. While its fun bright color is aesthetically pleasing and exciting to wear, it also helps during low light visibility conditions due to its Hyper Pink color and reflective areas on its sides. I am currently wearing it for daily activities, walks, hikes with my family and occasional runs. The underfoot has just the right amount of sink- in softness and rebounds smoothly. It is plush, stable, supportive, offers cushioning and is particularly comfortable. For this reason, I used it on recovery days as the breaking- in phase. The tongue and color have lots of padding which I am not used to but I consider them a plus. The mesh fabric is breathable and of very high quality. The fit is just right, true to size, snug enough to feel supportive and is becoming more comfortable with every use. I found the Nike Structure 26 to be more comfortable and natural than other running shoes that I own. Unfortunately, the outsole rubber in the Structure 26 is already showing some wear although it has good traction. The tongue could be a bit slimmer, but I 'm being nitpicky here. All in all, I love it and I got many compliments about its aesthetics. It's true to size, comfortable and has extra support and stability.

I got this shoe to train for 5k- half marathon distances. The formulation of 100% super foam and a nylon/plastic plate works perfect for me. I can train and race in them without needing expensive carbon shoes which have caused me injury in the past( Endorphin Pro 3). Absolutely zero injuries with these so far. I was in between sizes with these and went with the larger size and they fit well. Narrow fit but no hotspots, great for when I ’ m training fast intervals at 5k pace( ~6: 30/mile). Compared to the Endorphin Speed 2 they are not as bouncy or fast, but they are MUCH more stable which lets me get more easy miles in them as well to round out my training. Could use this shoe for all my miles honestly. Great price on sale now that the 5 came out.

This is the ideal shoe for heavier runners because they are so well built. The midsole is firm and reactive. Typically, I find running shoes to be too soft in the soles including the Endorphin Speeds and Pros. If you want a firm, responsive, and stable shoe that will last, the Shift is the answer. I have not ran much in the Shift 3 yet, but first impressions indicate that it has only improved on the Shift 2. The fit is exactly the same as the Shift 2, as well. I put 350+ miles on my Endorphin Shift 2s including my first two marathons. My body weight started at 240 lbs and has since dropped to 215. The shoes still have a lot of miles left in them and plenty of support remaining. The upper is in perfect shape and there's still rubber on the soles. The Saucony Endorphin Shift is simply the most durable and supportive shoe I have ever owned.

As owning the Endorphin Pro 3 and loving everything about that shoe, I was n't sure what to expect from the Shift 3. But knowing I was in need of a max cushioned daily trainer, I decided to roll the dice and take the dice on the Shift 3. I 'm glad I did. The ride is smooth, responsive, and lighter on foot than what the actual weight of the shoe indicates on the specs. I 've used the shoe on easy runs, recovery runs, medium distance runs, and on occasion, tempo runs. The SPEEDROLL Technology is very evident and provides and very easy and comfortable transition. The grip on the shoe gives me great traction, sometimes almost too much as I have unfortunately not gotten used to lifting my foot as much as needed for trails.
