I ’ ve had running knee pain for years. I ’ ve tried different brands of shoes, inserts, etc. and none of them completely eliminated the pain. These shoes however are amazing. I can do long runs with virtually no pain at all.( There are reasons other than shoes for my knee issues.) These are the best running shoes I ’ ve come across. I hope they work for you as well as they are working for me!

After some experimentation, I came back to the Gel- Kayano Wide and glad I did. I really needed a wider shoe and the Kayano comes in wide and really has the heel support that I need due to my pronation which has caused frequent knee and calf pain. So for, no knee pain using the Kayano 30 and this shoe provides me with all the support and stability I was looking for. Highly Recommend.

The best Kayano I 've run in. Stable yet not intrusive. Deep cushioning that strikes a good balance and returns some energy. The new mesh conforms to my foot well and is breathable. The wet weather grip and durability are excellent.
