I froze about 15 pounds of meat in ziplocks, and placed in plastic cereal boxed shaped containers. and put two gallons of frozen ice jugs. With about 24 cans and condiments. We came home with a golf ball sized ice cube in the gallon jugs, and cold meat! One more gallon of ice and it would have made 6 days, no doubt. I was looking for a small cooler for little day trips and things and of course the sticker shock of the yetis was enough to make your head spin.$ 200 and they are n't even made stateside. Took a stroll down the igloo aisle because it was more of my budget and was surprised to see that they were actually made in USA! The cooler itself is great, it's small and easy to bring with you, but big enough that you can still load a decent amount of stuff in it and whether you use ice or the igloo freezer blocks, it does a great job of keeping things cold for a reasonable amount of time. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend this cooler for small day trips or if you need a lunch box. If you are like a construction worker or a truck driver or something it's perfect for that sort of thing.

That way when we ’ re headed down the road we never have to worry about it toppling over and coming open or the wind pulling the lid open in the back of the truck. I also really like the handles. They have straps so they can extend out and up to give you more flexibility in how you hold it. It also makes it easy to carry on my own with my short arms. It of course has wheels to roll on and they are nice and large so it glides smoothly and easily. The handle extends pretty high. Up to around my chest. So I never have to lean down to roll it along. The inside is quite large both vertically and horizontally so that I can put a variety of different sizes and shaped items in. Watermelon…no problem. Six packs…no problem. Tons of stuff! I bought this last month for Travel Baseball. It is a 100% upgrade from the large Yeti cooler we used last year. It is much easier for my wife to handle from car to field on her own. With the added outside storage and bins for the inside we have much more flexibility. It ’s pull out handle and sturdy wheels makes it so we can stack chairs, gear and our 5yr old in one trip. I would highly recommend.

[ I took it for an overnight camping trip, and the ice lasted the whole trip — even with frequent openings. It's sturdy, easy to pack, and holds a lot. Size- wise, it ’s perfect for a weekend trip or a big day out. It ’s not so massive that it ’s impossible to move once it ’s full, but it fits a surprising amount — drinks, food, even some taller bottles standing up. One small thing: when it ’s completely loaded, it can get heavy, but that ’s kind of a given with any good cooler. I ’ d much rather it be solid and heavy than light and useless. Overall, it ’s reliable, solid, and definitely worth it if you need a cooler that can handle real use.

This thing is huge and will keep food cold or warm for hours. On top of that it's sturdy as hell. The zipper is hard to pull, but Yeti knew what they were doing. Pull hard and use that zipper conditioner that's provided. Bought as a gift for my husband and he loves it! This thing can fit more that a gallon of milk!! Great for people who work very long hours or for a day trip!
