I bought these collars a couple wks ago, having waited months to find some at a very decent price and stumbled upon these. For being made of plastic and having a couple rubber pieces they are getting the job done. I 've had up to 246 lbs on the Olympic bar and not one slip. One of my best purchases of the year. Totally content.

Have n't used large plates on these bars yet, but this was much needed, now that my wife is working out with me. She has her bars and I have my Olympic bars. Set was cheap too ca n't beat the price. If u can find a coupon online. Spend$ 50 get$ 10 off makes these bars a really good deal. In store these bars are sold separately and would be closer to$ 100 dollars.

I bought this 3 piece set just for the 2 DBs. My gym's DBs max- out at only 125 pounds each, so I bring these little guys in my Training Bag and put up to 8 45- pound Olympic Plates on each to do Extremely Heavy Bent 1- Armed DB Rows at 360 pounds. I 've been doing this for years and I 'm just now replacing them with new ones' cuz they eventually bend from the severe abuse that I put them through.( I do INSANE things with them!) Anyway, they 're a great value at$ 50 and I could n't live without them now! Highly Recommended!

I purchased an Olympic bar set a couple of weeks ago, and struggled to get the short( included) spring collars on the bar. We were at our store to pick up the leg extension attachment for our bench, and picked these up while we were there. OMG, what a difference! Ours didn ’ t come with the rubber grip, but because they are longer, they are so much easier to get on and off the bar.:)

The only reason that it is n't five stars is that I would like for the attachment to be a little longer. This is a great piece of equipment. I have used it in my home gym for preacher curls, tricep pushdowns, lat pulldowns, face pulls, and overhead extensions on a cable. The strap is pretty strong too. I would suggest getting this instead of a traditional straight bar attachment. You can perform the same exercises with different grips by using this one.

Barbell accessories are additional tools and equipment designed to enhance your weightlifting experience. They can improve safety, organization, and performance during workouts. Accessories like collars, holders, and specialized bars help ensure that weights are secure and that you can perform exercises effectively.
Barbell accessories come in various types to cater to different workouts and training styles. Common accessories include collars for securing weights, storage solutions for keeping equipment organized, and specialized bars for targeting specific muscle groups. Each accessory serves a unique purpose to enhance your lifting routine.
Choosing the right barbell accessories depends on your fitness goals and the types of exercises you plan to perform. Consider factors such as the weight capacity, compatibility with your existing equipment, and the specific benefits each accessory offers. It's also helpful to think about how often you'll use the accessories and if they fit your workout space.
Barbell accessories are suitable for both beginners and advanced lifters. Beginners can benefit from accessories that enhance safety and stability, while advanced users may seek specialized tools to maximize their training. Regardless of your experience level, the right accessories can help improve your lifting technique and overall performance.
Maintaining barbell accessories typically involves regular cleaning and inspection for wear and tear. It's important to keep them free of rust and debris, especially if they are made of metal.
