As far as weights out in the market for young girls softball players there is n't much except for these Easton products. I first bought the 5 oz weight which was designed for speed and after 2 months I ordered the 10 oz which was designed for strength. Great product and easy to use. You can simply slide it on to use and can use during batting practice. Great product and designed for easy use. The store had taken down the display and had to order online. Just glad they still had in store online.
