This cage does what it's designed to do. Our 10 year old son uses it with his lite ball machine and he absolutely loves it. I was hesitant because it was so cheap, but it's perfect for what we need. We thought about getting a real ball machine with it but were told it's a lite and mini ball cage only because of the square hole opening. A lite ball or mini ball would n't hurt anything if it was hit outside the cage. They said this cage was n't meant for real balls because of the size and material. So we decided to purchase a lite ball machine and it's worked great. Our son has improved his hitting and everyone in the neighborhood loves it. I wanted to get in there as well but was a little too tall, so I called the manufacturer and they sent me a few extra poles at no charge. It was awesome! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a cheap cage.

This cage is taller and wider than I expected. The frame seems sturdy and bigger than others on the market. The paint coating seems good, but I did notice some rust in the interior frame, but it was n't too bad. The netting is thinner than I expected, so we 'll see how many seasons it will last before needing replacement. There are other reviews on amazon about adding extra carabiners, tarp ties, and chains to stretch out the nets. I would recommend reading that write up.

Yes, there are cheaper models on the market, but do yourself a favor and spend more for the Skywalker cage. Easy assembly and came well packaged. The batting tee took my 13 year old son about 5 minutes to put together. It has a heavy rubber base and the tee is aluminum with a rubber topper. Bought this item online and was excited to get it because of the price. I had read some mixed reviews before purchasing, but figured I could always take it back to the store if it did n't work out. The cage set up in about 45 minutes and seemed really stable. We also have a Heater baseball machine we use with it and it was fun to get inside and take swings which were even too fast for me. After about 2 months, we had a big storm come through and one of my fiberglass rods broke( after going back and reading the instructions I now realize I should have taken the cage down before the storm). Obviously I was upset because it 'd only been a few months, but I called the Heater customer service line and there was a girl who was extremely helpful. They sent me a replacement pole for free and I replaced the part in 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this cage to my friends. It's worked real good since it's been up and the only time it had an issue was when I was lazy and did n't take it down when we had a storm. My son has improved a ton since we got it and I 'm very happy with the purchase.

I have to admit, I was skeptical when I saw in the instructions that we have to `` bend the poles '' into an arc. I was sure they would snap. I even called the 1800 number to question them, but they assured me, they would bend easily..... and they did. I took about 100 swings the first day, had a blast with it, and it held up well. Works nicely with the Heater pitching machine, which hooks perfectly to the cage. Do n't try to use it for a golf cage, though. I hit seven golf balls, and four of them went right through the netting.

Plenty of time for the pitcher to react to a struck ball, but really needs an `` L '' screen. The only down side is the cage is actually 2- 24' cages and requires cutting the ends of the nets. I just tied the 2 ends up at the top and you can separate the cages later and have 2 smaller cages. Very easy to set- up and holds up well.

I got this on christmas and it didnt come with the two stakes to make it 36 ft. so we will be contacting them soon. i use it with the heater sinker. the sinker is good but has a topspin effect on the ball. but overall it is something to do an improves hitting once you get use to it. This Victus face cage is very durable! I thought it was going to be cheaply made but was the total opposite. I wanted to use it as a project to create a helmet from a souvenir I got from a sox game. It is too heavy for the project but for a real helmet it is extremely durable. Its thick and heavy though so I wouldn ’ t use it for kids. When it says senior it means Senior.

Love it, having tons of fun with this. Been teaching my girlfriend and my friend how to throw different pitches, and it really helps to have a net that fields to back to you, like this. It comes with 4 lawn stakes, go and buy like 4 more, they are super inexpensive and will help it from tipping over if you accidentally hit on the very top. Only other downside it the screws provided, they will get damaged, I have been using this for about 60 hours now and still have n't broken them, but it's starting to strip the screws provided. But that also is a inexpensive fix to be honest for when it does eventually break the bolt

We really like this tee. It was quick and easy to put together with only 3 pieces. The height is adjustable and it has a nice weight to it so it feels sturdy and well made. The only issue we ’ ve come across is that adjusting the height is a little hard but after you get it set it ’s great.
