With the many types of sports underwear out there it ’s hard to find a tight snug fit that will keep things in place. I ’ m prone to hamstring pulls so I need the compression from shorts to keep muscles tight and warm. These definitely do the trick. Great style and breathability. It ’s got a camo style which is fine but mostly covered by shorts I would wear over them. Great fit and I ’ ll definitely get another pair since I workout a lot.

I find that the 10 ” length helps to prevent them from bunching up when I go for a run or play sports. The media pocket is a nice addition, I can easily fit my phone that has a case on it without a problem( iPhone 14), but I mostly use it for my house key when I go for a run around the neighborhood. The camo color is a nice touch, but I usually have shorts over them. Great pair of compression shorts, highly recommend!

Cup also has a gel perimeter that keeps things secure and forms well with your body. Velcro on front and back to secure socks which is a nice feature as well. Easy to remove cup in and out as well!

The special cup pouch holds the cup very close ensuring good protection and little movement. Even though this is recommended for Hockey, I would recommend this over any other compression shorts with a cup for any sport requiring this extra level of protection.
