These are terrific, I especially like the 3 wood which is easy to hit as opposed to friends of mine who say over and again how much they struggle with a 3 wood. Our course is long and I tease that I 'm going to put a hole in my 3 wood because it is my go- to club. It feels effortless, and at least for me, Mavrik Driver, 3, 5, 7, woods have just the right balance and weight. I 'm 5' 2 '' tall and have a small frame. My weakness is arthritis in my hands& wrists so clubs that do n't demand a powerful swing are key in creating a smooth, even tempo, stroke.

I purchased the Maverick 5 wood and this is by far the best golf club purchase I have ever made! When I hit this club squarely it beats my Callaway Epic Max Driver easily by 50- 75 yard ’s off the tee. However this club has been a game changer for me just using it on the fairway. It is so easy to hit long and straight that I find I am left with either a short chip or I am putting for a birdie on most every hole. I love this Maverick Max 5 wood! Too bad Callaway discontinued the line.

Tried a Big Bertha 7 fairway wood to replace a hybrid club and it was much easier to hit on line and with more elevation. The design of the face makes the sweet spot obvious at set up. It is so much more accurate than the hybrids that I bought a 5 and 3 fairway wood also and happy with results.

I am a 14 handicap and have played just about every 3 wood out there. This is something special. The ball flight, sound, distance, consistency and off center shots go far and straight. Easy to hit off tight and hard lies. The sound is amazing with a certain ting. I am sure it is for every handicap from low to high. Great club with very consistent spin and a nice neutral start line. Currently game rogue st ls and it was a little hooky but the ai smoke triple diamond seems to help with that. Noticeably more foreignness. Option 2 was the smoke max but couldn ’ t tell much off a difference and just preferred look, sound and feel of the triple diamond.

Needed a club between 4i and 3w to fill a 40yd gap in the neighborhood of 230yds. Hit every 5w on the market and the paradym AI smoke triple diamond was the best. Ball flight, dispersion, spin, feel, were all better than any other club. With my stock swing I was hitting it 230- 235 and jumping on it was producing a draw flight at 250yds. The feel is amazing with the Graphite Design AD 6 shaft and I ’ m even considering trading in my Ping G425 max fairway finder 3w for a triple diamond 3w. That ’s how great this club feels and performs.

I was originally concerned it may not be forgiving enough for me, being a triple diamond, but I can tell you it's easy to launch and it's got a great ball flight. I could hit it higher or lower depending on what I needed to do. I have recently gotten fitted for the Ai Smoke Max D 3 wood. I have upgraded from my old Callaway Edge 3 wood. This club is amazing. This 3 wood is way easier to launch than my old one. The forgiveness on this club is insane. I hit the ball on the heel and it went far and straight. I would say the feel is a bit firmer and is a great feel on off center strikes. The distance on this wood is great. This wood is a great wood if you do n't know which one to buy. I would highly recommend this wood to anybody. Great job Callaway!!
