This is his first pedal bike and he is absolutely loving it. While I think the smaller one may have been the perfect size for right now, if he grows half an inch this bike will be perfect. My son likes it a lot and will hit me in the back to encourage me to ride faster. It does change the balance of your bike and it is a little awkward to load a child in and brace your bike at the same time. Bought the seat for my toddler so we could share some fresh air while keeping socially distant. The installation took less than twenty minutes and taking the seat on and off as needed is a breeze. Riding with my son on the back is as good as can be expected, though standing up from the saddle to get up a hill is not something I can recommend as the seat whips as the bike rocks back and forth.

We bought the Yep Nexxt Maxi a couple months ago for my two year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. The construction is solid and the frame mounting provides a good amount of shock absorption. I really like it too. Unlike the front mounted seat we have before, it has no impact on my riding style and does not interfere with stopping and starting when riding in traffic. The harness is great, but you have to make sure you get it tight around the legs before snugging around the shoulders, or the shoulders can become loose as the webbing around the legs tightens. The foot holders are fantastic. They hold tight during the ride and prevent errant kicking and are east to secure and remove.

The seat installs easily. Beware that if your top tube is heavily tapered, the rods won ’ t lift the seat high enough to clear the rear tire. We couldn ’ t install it on my wife ’s COOP DRT 1. 1 but it works great on my Cannondale Trail 2. Lookup pictures online and you ’ ll see what I mean about how low the bracket had to mount on her bike. Our daughter loves it. We got it because we have other Burley equipment and were upgrading from a front- mounted to a rear- mounted setup as our daughter got older and hence, taller. With a helmet on she can turn her head comfortably. We opted for the recliner thinking she may sleep in it, but she hasn ’ t yet. Hopefully someday she does. We rode green singletrack( El Dorado at Post Canyon, Hood River, Oregon) with it and it handled it. Bottom line, you ’ re going to like it.

I love this insert. I honestly think it delivers exactly how it says it will. His feet do stick out, but I can still close the trailer around him( encore x) due to the stretch of the cover. It keeps him well supported, he can sleep comfortably, and I still have room for another passenger. He does get a little sweaty on hot days, but that ’s typical of any trailer or stroller. My only regret is that he ’s about to hit the height and weight limits so he won ’ t be able to use it as much as he does now. I really just wish I had bought it sooner.

I 'm going to start off by saying I love Burley products. I 've had a trailer for 8 years that works/looks like brand new and it's on its 3rd kid. I had a Tail Wagon for my Golden before that. The Infant Insert works as described which is why I 'm giving it 5 stars despite us personally not being able to use it. I happen to have a baby that does not like the laying down position of the insert. Also be aware that the insert position puts the baby's legs past the front of the trailer. But! As I mentioned I love Burley so I 'm literally buying the Baby Snuggler now. Every baby is different and mine likes to be more upright.

For context, she's a very happy baby, approx. 13lbs at this point. Loves the car seat and is a great traveler. Not sure if it's the shoulder straps that are bugging her, but she does n't last very long in the insert. If I go more than 1. 5miles( 30mins), the walk typically ends in her crying. I recently purchased this Nishiki bike at the South Plainfield, NJ store. As I browsed in the bicycle department, Dom and Candace came to my aid. They were both patient and knowledgeable as I learned about a few bikes and made my decision. I put the bicycle in my car and headed home a happy woman! The next day I returned to the store with a slight problem. Candace was able to figure out what was wrong, fix it and off I went. I do feel I was the recipient of excellent customer service! Kudos to Candace and Dom. I have gone on two rides so far, one on road and the other off road, and the bicycle has handled nicely. It is pretty comfortable too! I look forward to many more bike rides to come.

After riding a few bikes that were given to me and not really interested in riding them after awhile, I decided to purchase one. Not wanting to spend too much money for fear of it going the same route as the past bikes. When I picked out a bike I was told, by the tech, it was not the right fit for me. A bike was chosen, by him, for me and immediately I new it was the right choice. It was a little more money but you get what you pay for. This bike is heavy and slow. It's super comfortable though. In fact, the comfort level makes up for the weight issue. I 've owned if for less than a month and have already put over 100 miles on it. I 've read some complaints about the seat not being good, but that has been my favorite part.

I have owned this bike for a year now and have 900 miles on it, I have added planet bike fenders and rear rack and have had no problems except for one flat from a thorn. I ride mainly on bike paths but have also gone on the road with hills, I must say that the bike had no problem with climbing but this is not a road bike and has a few drawbacks, you will work 30% harder on hills due to the shock seat post and the front shock fork and not being able to forward your weight for the climb, otherwise this is an awesome ride and seems to be built well! This is my go to bike when I ride every day to work and to relax on weekends, The seat is also very comfy compared to others I have had, hope this helps in your decision on your next bike purchase!

Good value for what I wanted. A bike to get some exercise, not looking to set any speed or distance records. I 've had the bike for a month now. The only issue was the tires were not inflated properly when I brought it home. I have tried to ride 3 to 4 times a week. My typical ride is 10 miles and my longest so far has been 21 miles. My speed has been improving as my legs get stronger. Whoever called it a' Comfort' seat has n't ridden any distance on it. I 'll be investing in some biking shorts.

We 've used the stationary bike for about a month now, 3- 4 days a week. The pedal action is very smooth and the amount of adjustments is ample allowing both my 6'1 '' and my wife's 5'1 '' height to be accommodated. It is, however, a bit wobbly. Vigorous pedaling causes the whole thing to sway, although it never feels like it is going to flop over. Overall, a good piece of equipment at a reasonable price.

We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I chose Sunny because the quality of my original bike was great, and a few years ago when I had a bearing wear out, it was easy to get a replacement and YouTube videos enabled us to do the maintenance on it ourselves, even as 70- year olds! I am also loving the World Tour tracks and the fact that with the SunnyFit app it can automatically change resistance as you ride if you want it to do that. You ca n't beat the price of these bikes for the quality!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Well made and not difficult to put together. Bought this bike for my wife to rehab a pretty bad fractured tibia. This bike kept the weight off her leg allowing her to build up strength and achieve full extension. We both use this to workout and fight off Father Time.
