I struggled to find a child seat option that would work for me. I tested a trailer once and was not a fan, and it wasn ’ t practical for getting around town. One reason I struggled to find a seat that would work is I have a gravel bike, which the geometry made it tricky to find any option that would work. Second reason is I am only 5 ’ 6 ” and have a 52cm frame, so there is limited mounting space on my bike. I bought this bike at the local store in August. Previously I had a basic Sunny spin bike and I wanted to get more motivation, as well as stats. I read reviews for all of the connected spin bikes and this one seemed to fit my needs. The biggest negative reviews were on the connectivity, sometimes cutting out. When I first got it, I did have some issues with that, but after about 2 updates, I did n't have to think or worry about it connecting and having to reboot or unplug it. There is a huge list of rides and instructors to pick from, I 've found the ones I like. There are rides from 15- 75 minutes, with instructors and scenic. I 've found having instructors motivate me, especially my favorite ones- Jama, Christina, Nicole. I 'd recommend this bike for anyone looking to get a connected spin bike.

Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. The bike is very quiet when pedaling so it can be situated in any room available. Overall, A+ so far.
