Bought the seat for my toddler so we could share some fresh air while keeping socially distant. The installation took less than twenty minutes and taking the seat on and off as needed is a breeze. Riding with my son on the back is as good as can be expected, though standing up from the saddle to get up a hill is not something I can recommend as the seat whips as the bike rocks back and forth.

We bought the Yep Nexxt Maxi a couple months ago for my two year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. The construction is solid and the frame mounting provides a good amount of shock absorption. I really like it too. Unlike the front mounted seat we have before, it has no impact on my riding style and does not interfere with stopping and starting when riding in traffic. The harness is great, but you have to make sure you get it tight around the legs before snugging around the shoulders, or the shoulders can become loose as the webbing around the legs tightens. The foot holders are fantastic. They hold tight during the ride and prevent errant kicking and are east to secure and remove.

Sturdy, nothing wobbles/rattles. Very quiet, I can watch TV on normal volume. The seat has nice cushion. Display is simple, easy to use. Assembly was more extensive than expected but easy enough for one person. I have a 27 '' inseam and the shortest setting only fits when I 'm wearing shoes, which is fine since bare foot would hurt( the peddles are spiky for grip). I would n't recommend this style( upright) over `` recumbent '' for anyone with back issues, since there's no backrest. Also this works out more than just your legs( glutes, abs, back, etc) where recumbent is just legs. The folding feature is nice but I actually do n't use it since the bike size is already compact.

I was a little skeptical considering I already have a recumbent bike that is not quiet but figured what the heck. This bike was easy to put together, love that it folds for easy storage, love that it ’s light enough that I can move it by myself, and I am amazed at how quiet this bike is!!! I live in a condo and I use this bike a various times and no one can hear a thing! I love that the seat on this bike bigger then the seats at a spin class( because I have a much larger bottom then those seats which makes it hard to enjoy the class). I have owned this bike for a year now and have 900 miles on it, I have added planet bike fenders and rear rack and have had no problems except for one flat from a thorn. I ride mainly on bike paths but have also gone on the road with hills, I must say that the bike had no problem with climbing but this is not a road bike and has a few drawbacks, you will work 30% harder on hills due to the shock seat post and the front shock fork and not being able to forward your weight for the climb, otherwise this is an awesome ride and seems to be built well! This is my go to bike when I ride every day to work and to relax on weekends, The seat is also very comfy compared to others I have had, hope this helps in your decision on your next bike purchase!

Good value for what I wanted. A bike to get some exercise, not looking to set any speed or distance records. I 've had the bike for a month now. The only issue was the tires were not inflated properly when I brought it home. I have tried to ride 3 to 4 times a week. My typical ride is 10 miles and my longest so far has been 21 miles. My speed has been improving as my legs get stronger. Whoever called it a' Comfort' seat has n't ridden any distance on it. I 'll be investing in some biking shorts.

Purchased this as replacement for Sunny cycle I had unresolved mechanical problems with. Item arrived un damaged and was easily assembled. So far no issues but ride time has been limited. I also have Sunny elliptical and rower so do a at home circuit. This cycle is very quiet, no headphones needed to shut out machine noise. I appreciate Sunny ’s efforts on fixing previous cycle but no success so replaced with slight upgrade. I do wish handle bars where 4 way adjustable rather than only 2 but this drawback is listed in specs. Not sure about light weight flywheel but so far so good. Their app is useful. I recently purchased this Nishiki bike at the South Plainfield, NJ store. As I browsed in the bicycle department, Dom and Candace came to my aid. They were both patient and knowledgeable as I learned about a few bikes and made my decision. I put the bicycle in my car and headed home a happy woman! I am loving my new recumbent. The two problems that I have with it are not by any stretch of the imagination deal breakers, but minor annoyances. My first minor complaint is that I ca n't put any amount of weight on the rear handlebar without it sliding all the way down. There's only that one screw to tighten up and that does n't keep it from sliding all the way down when weight is put on it. Being a retired mechanical engineer, it's swivel point could be redesigned to incorporate some sort of ratcheting or indexing to keep it in position when loaded. Now for my last issue. Where it's located in my condo it does n't get a lot of light, especially in the evening. During the day I do n't have an issue, but at night I ca n't read the display. Unless I 'm missing something the display should be backlit. I 've been trying to rig up a little led light to fasten to the console to illuminate it but have n't found anything yet. So if you guys have any way of doing it I 'd appreciate it. Thanks for listening. I do n't know if you respond to these reviews, but I would appreciate your response to my concerns.

I bought this product in store after trying out the floor model. I am 6'4 '' and have a 36 inseam and needed a bike that would fit me. It advertised support for up to a 36 inseam and I can use the bike comfortably with the seat all the way up, so I am satisfied with that. Assembly was not too much effort. I followed the instructions and it maybe took an hour and a half to get it all assembled and everything cleaned up. Just screw driver, allen wrench, and wrench turning. This bike features magnetic resistance and this works quite well. It is very quiet compared to other bikes I have tried and I have no trouble watching a show while riding. The resistance control knob is not very precise and you may have to dial it back and forth a bit to get the resistance that you want. The bike comes with a bluetooth arm band to measure your pulse. I find that this works well. It has a charging cable that attaches to the data screen on the bike and is easy to keep charged. The power cable for the unit just kind of dangles on the floor beneath the bike and I was worried that I would snag it so I zip tied it to the bottom of the bike frame to keep it out of the way. It does limit how far away you can be from an electrical outlet unless you want to run an extension cord. I have not tried to use the app as I mainly just target a heart- rate for a certain amount of time and for this the bike entirely meets my needs. I like the bike and so far I have no buyer's remorse.

I ’ ve been waiting to purchase the Schwinn indoor bike when I first discovered the IC2. My sister- in- law has the IC3 and liked the ride. I researched other brands and even considered buying a converter for my outdoor bike. I am happy that I purchased the Schwinn IC4! This model includes a pair of 3 lb weight that fit near the handle bars for upper body use. The handle bars are also great if you need to lean in and pump it up! There is a place for your electronic device to keep your mind busy if you need it. The pedaling is smooth and quiet. The knob is easy to grip and turn for increasing or decreasing the resistance. I am not a thin person and the seat is a bit hard for me after about 20 minutes, so I purchased a cover to soften the pain on my bony areas from riding. I ’ m sure most indoor bikes have these thin hard seats so this is not a deal breaker at all! I ’ ve replaced my outdoor bike seat, too. While other companies may have the bike in stock for delivery, I trust Dick ’s and pick up was easy! I can ’ t provide the ease of assembly because my husband picked up the bike and assembled most of it before arriving home. It's hard to find a reasonably priced exercise bike that does n't require an online subscription, has built- in programs, and automatically adjusts the resistance. This one checks all those boxes. I live in Panama and found this bike at a local store. I 've been missing spin rides a lot, so I bought one. I have n't tried the iFIT option yet, but that's a nice bonus. As for the bike itself, here are my thoughts. 1. Buy a seat cover. Seriously. Get one right now because you will not want to ride without it. I have done spin for years, owned 2 different bikes in the states, went to classes, and use every bike I find in a hotel gym. I 've never experienced a seat as uncomfortable as this one. 2. The gears are smooth but the resistance is n't as high as expected. At level 13/16 I was still in my seat peddling. I think for most people who are looking for a more affordable bike, this is perfect. I would like a little more tension. 3. Set up is super simple but getting it out of the box was harder. The box says to just lift it out after removing some Styrofoam. LOL- no. 4. Buy 3 AA batteries. You ca n't use the bike without them. I thought this was weird. I expected the tension to be on the base of the bike. Instead, you can only use the buttons on the display. It makes setting gear super easy BUT-- and this is important-- it means your phone/tablet covers the display. I know they want you to use the iFIT option, but I have my own app that I 've used for YEARS. It's affordable with incredible workouts and great instructors. So I ended up having my phone locked into the little holder( this is a nice feature, btw) but half off the display just so I could access the buttons. 5. I need to read on this, but while riding I tried to lock the display and could n't find a way to do that. I may be doing something wrong, but if you can lock the display( e. g., time, speed, etc.) then it's not intuitive. Overall, I think this is a solid low/mid- range bike. If you 're looking for a ride similar to what you will get from a$ XXXX bike, this is n't it, but it' competes with every lower cost bike I 've ever used. I 'm giving it 4 star when comparing it with similar cost bikes. Removing a star because I had to buy a new seat after one ride and because I had to steal from the remote and a clock just to get the batteries for a morning ride. 6. Super quiet. This is a huge plus. My bike back in the states gets loud when the tension is up.

This bike came in a large box, but i like that it had handle holes on both sides to make it easy to carry. When i opened the box, the bike was mostly put together( thankfully). It came with a saftey instructions booklet, but the assembly instructions had to be found online. The assembly was not straight forward as the instructions contain different types and styles of bikes. Also, since the bike was mostly put together, the instructions were a little confusing to explain how to put it together. I would suggest having instructions specific to completing the build in it's current state Nd to have differnt sections for each bike style or type( instead of all being described together). I was able to figure out how to complete the construction and test out the handling and brakes. My youngest son rode around the front yard with a big smile on his face. He said he like to color of his new bike. He has been on it the past week and I even caught my middle son riding the new bike.

This is a very good product, you can tell everything about it was thoughtfully designed. The bars flex just enough to provide a comfortable ride. My son likes it a lot and will hit me in the back to encourage me to ride faster. It does change the balance of your bike and it is a little awkward to load a child in and brace your bike at the same time. A trailer would probably be bit more comfortable but this is less than half the cost. I anticipate this product making a great gift in a few years after I 'm done.

The seat installs easily. Beware that if your top tube is heavily tapered, the rods won ’ t lift the seat high enough to clear the rear tire. We couldn ’ t install it on my wife ’s COOP DRT 1. 1 but it works great on my Cannondale Trail 2. Lookup pictures online and you ’ ll see what I mean about how low the bracket had to mount on her bike. Our daughter loves it. We got it because we have other Burley equipment and were upgrading from a front- mounted to a rear- mounted setup as our daughter got older and hence, taller. With a helmet on she can turn her head comfortably. We opted for the recliner thinking she may sleep in it, but she hasn ’ t yet. Hopefully someday she does. We rode green singletrack( El Dorado at Post Canyon, Hood River, Oregon) with it and it handled it. Bottom line, you ’ re going to like it.

I got this bike as I am temporarily unable to run due to a neck injury. It was pretty simple to assemble( although some of the instructions were a little hard to decipher). All parts were in the box along with some tools to put it together if you do n't already have your own tools. SO far, I have used it daily and I find the motion is very quiet and smooth. I like the simplicity of the display and, for anyone wondering, you can reset each workout `` session '' by holding down the button and your session distance and time will reset. The bike does have an odometer so it will continue to track your entire distance overall, which I like. There is also a nice feature that the screen will toggle through all the items on the screen if you choose the `` scan '' option on the screen. Or you can just have it set to stay on distance or time so that is a nice feature to have a little flexibility. I also really like the back of the seat since, as mentioned above, I 'm dealing with a neck injury so I can sit back and not worry about needing extra support. The side handles are very nice too for when I sit back and peddle. An excellent bike for anyone looking for something without any extra bells and whistles that does what it should do at a very reasonable price.
