Not going to lie, I was very reluctant to spend$ 25 on wrist weights when I could get a pair at Marshall's for five dollars… However I tried the ones at Marshall's, I tried the fitness gear brand that they sell at Dick's( same price), and finally I found the Nike ones… Not only are these well constructed and comfortable, it's easy to put on and I could n't be happier. Thank you Nike! only con would be that these are so darn hard to find. Could n't find them in any stores or on Amazon!

I wanted some weights to wear while walking. Happened to be wandering a Dick's looking at bike clothes and saw these. Grabbed them on the spot. Not too heavy, not too light. Really like the thumb hole. I apparently have skinny wrists so closing them tightly was a problem until I just added wristbands underneath. I 'm a slightly OCD dork so the wristbands I got were Nike, as well. A little higher priced than I would have liked, but I 've grown to think they 're worth it.

I bought these hoping to enhance my runs and tone my arms. Well first thing I realized, 2. 5 lbs is a lot heavier than I thought. I knew I would not be able to sustain running with these on... however, I decided I would keep them and just wear them around the house or work. I love them! They are heavy enough to feel like your working your arms but light enough to still be functional. I 've been wearing them a few hours a day and I can definitely tell when I take them off that my muscles have been worked. They are a bit loose on the wrists as other people stated but they still serve their purpose. Would definitely recommend!

I bought a pair of these in 2009, and have bought many different pairs not made by Nike. None compare! These are the most comfortable and affordable ankle weights out there!

These are comfortable to wear and do n't `` spin '' around my ankle like some do. They stay Velcro- ed in the front and the weight stays on the back of my leg instead of turning to the front when doing kickbacks, etc.

I bought this product about a month ago and it ’s exactly what I wanted. They can be a little heavy on your legs since each one is 5 pounds but I use them for my workouts.
