I bought these for a backcountry elk hunt, and ended up wearing them 80% of the time through thick brush. They worked great to keep my lower legs dry and clean. Fit well onto my boots and over my calfs. They arent very breathable, so they do get hot

Gaiter are a brilliant peice of kit. When your a nube they can save your pants from clumsy crampon snagging. They fit small, I am a medium for everything... With these I am a large( with ice climbing boots and Gore- Tex pants).

I bought this for my husband Christmas 2017. The product is awesome. The only problem I had was with black diamond is when I ordered it. The box was taped with black diamond tape and my husband knew what his gift was. Maybe around the holidays use blank shipping tape.
