Not bad. A little noisy and stiff, but they did the job. I have another pair of mountain hardware waiters that are gore tex which I like better, but these served the purpose. I bought these for a backcountry elk hunt, and ended up wearing them 80% of the time through thick brush. They worked great to keep my lower legs dry and clean. Fit well onto my boots and over my calfs. They arent very breathable, so they do get hot
