It's hard to find a reasonably priced exercise bike that does n't require an online subscription, has built- in programs, and automatically adjusts the resistance. This one checks all those boxes. And if you really want to use an app, you can use bluetooth to connect your phone or tablet. The LED control panel counts your calories, distance, pulse, and other things. It's very clear and easy to read. I would recommend it.

I 've been using it for about 1 month. Love the Heart Rate tracking to the Wahoo HRM Tracker that I also added( Climb, Move and this Headwind). I love how the HR controls the speed and the Auto- On( with HR strap on)) and Auto- Off( take of the HR strap- takes a few minutes before shutting down. Great when you get off the trainer and are resting nearby from a good burn/pain session.

We had their professionals install and set it up on our rec room and they did a good job. We have had no issues. I was impressed at how easy this was to put together. I was concerned about the comfort when purchasing because I am quiet bottom heavy. However it is surprisingly comfortable and stable. My 14 and 7 year old also use it. And they love it. I ordered the ME 706 as well but I am waiting on my son to help me put it together. I will let you guys know how that goes as soon as we get it set up:)
