I bought this a few months ago and I keep it in my office. First, let me start by saying that I did a lot of research on these machines and this is the one I kept coming back to. It was a little more expensive than the others I had seen, but the craftsmanship and smoothness of this machine is far better than any others I had seen and tested. It was easy to assemble and the directions for use are simple. I am so pleased with how smooth this machine is. The timer, counter and calorie counter really help keep me motivated. It's a wonderful workout machine for those of us with `` desk jobs. '' Best part is.... I 've never used it sitting down, although you can, I 'm able to stand and pedal which has proven to be a great core exercise too. Great machine!

The machine is smooth and very quiet. I have owned 3 spinner bikes, and I find this to have almost an identical motion and feel, except it is much quieter, more compact, and less expensive. I sometime place a chair in front with it's back to me, and it is similar to the handlebars on a bike( also if you need balance the chair serves this purpose). I did n't think I would use the Strider while sitting; However, sometimes I have completed my workout, but the movie or TV program in front of me has n't finished, so I turn the strider around sit down and pedal rather than just sitting in front of the TV. This is one of those purchases that has proved to be better than I expected.

This item is great to workout standing up or sitting down. It is super quiet so you can use it while watching t. v., at work under your desk. Would be great for an apartment because it would n't disturb anyone else. It is great for all ages but it is a really good workout for elderly people too.

I am so glad I bought the FreeStep. It's everything I hoped it would be. Most importantly my husband is able to use it-- and does. Due to the progression of his disease which has resulted in a lack of balance and decreased strength, he was no longer able to use another piece of exercise equipment we had. great deal for the money. Not a lot of fun to unpack and carry upstairs because it's built like a tank. It's easy to assemble except for the plastic trim which is not necessary and better off recycled. It was very stiff for the first two hours but then smoothed out and is easy to use as long as you put a pad on the seat. I 'm pleased with it as it works and cost half a much as the machine I was going. to buy. I use it 45 minutes a day every day and I expect it will outlast me.

I bought the teeter hang up in December because my wife has a bad back. I researched the teeter freestep because she uses a similar device in her physical therapy sessions and woth it missing a step this is amazing and she loves it and so do I. With decompressing after using the freestep on the days she doesn ’ t have therapy her back feels so much better and we couldn ’ t be happier. She missed 18 months of work due to an accident and now she is back and loving it all once again. Well worth all the money in the world to be almost pain free and losing weight and feeling better.

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.
