I ’ m 6 ’ 5 270 lift weights daily with cardio and these DN ’s have been fantastic. They feel really soft as far as weight distribution but solid on the treadmill. I ’ m not a fan of hard sole shoes and pure running shoes aren ’ t as supportive with weights. These do a good job of distributing pressure while lifting as well as walking. The colors look good but for me as a big guy comfort is key.

I have owned multiple pairs of metcons, been buying them since they first came out, every version from 1- 6, multiple pairs of 1 ’s and 2 ’s, I still train in metcon 2 ’s because I have worn out all of my other pairs. Nike progressively has taken away the features i liked to make them more and more into a crossfit shoe.( Not everyone wants to be the most average athelete on the planet) My favorites are the metcon 2 ’s and 4 ’s. The fit, the toe box and stability when lifting is great, I dont like the new 5+ versions because I dont like squatting and deadlifting with a raised heal or a cushion because i dont like the lack of stability that comes with it. I will probably keep buying these but i wish they were the 2 or 4 ’s. Make metcons gym shoes again there are plenty of cross trainer shoes on the market no need for more.

I purchased with the intention of wearing them in the weight room- no desire to run and/or jump in them. They provide excellent ankle support and a wide toe base so that you 're able to get your feet set before every lift. The firm sole provides little toe bend, which I appreciate. I would n't recommend them if you 're wanting to run, they 're heavier and on the clunky side, but think they 're well suited for a lifting or HIIT type shoe.

I appreciate the rear foot stability provided by the deep snug heel counter. I got a great fit by removing the insoles to insert my custom full length foot orthotics. A few triangles of synthetic material seem to be somewhat breathable. The forefoot is flexible and roomy, for the balls of the feet and the toes. Good ground feel and ‘ touch ’. They have a cool classic look. These days in Nike, I am either a Men ’s 11 or 11. 5 Medium. The 11. 5 is just right- with thin socks, like the Nike Spark socks.

[ These fit narrow so I would recommend half a size up if you have wide feet. They feel very snug and comfortable when playing for hours- also felt broken in after a day or so of playing. During a tennis match or practice you will definitely feel the weight of these shoes towards the tail end. These are definitely on the heavier side compared to other tennis shoes I have worn. Although, they make me feel very stable and secure. The treads seem to be wearing a bit quicker than some of my other pairs but I go through tennis shoes very often playing 2- 3 hours for at least 4 days a week. I definitely wish these were a bit wider and lighter then they would be perfect for me.

Bought these in 11. 5 wide, which is what I usually get. My feet are n't that wide, sizing worked well for me( maybe if your feet are really wide it 'll feel more snug). Shoes have good grip, feel comfortable, and have enough support for long walks. I would n't run in these personally. The shoe's tongue will crease on the top of your foot a little bit but once you break it in it's less of an issue. Happy with the simple design.

Pretty disappointed not to see a new version or relaunch of popular colorways. Most comfortable shoe feels like house shoes but not! The Nike Structure 25 Extra Wide is my favorite sneaker ever. I have flat feet and wear orthotics. My orthotics fit like a glove in these sneakers. The Structure provides great support for runs and are stylish enough to wear with jeans or shorts in the summer. I only wish Nike offered more colors/styles in Extra Wide. I 'm excited for the eventual( I hope) Structure 26 but it 'll be tough to top this sneaker!

This shoe has been amazing! With my old Vapor 9. 5's, which were totally beat down after several years, I was feeling seriously abused after every match. These shoes are so much more padded and just as stable. I do n't know if I 'm crazy but I honestly feel better after playing with these shoes on. While the Vapor 9. 5's do feel lighter and faster I feel like my steps are bigger and stronger with the GP Challenge 1. End result, I think I am faster with these shoes on than with the old 9. 5's. If you 're a bigger player in the 6' 1 '' and taller range you 'll appreciate this shoe I think. I thought I was more of a size 12 in Nike but in this shoe I went with a 12. 5 after trying on some shoes at a local store. In pretty much any other shoe I wear a 12 but in this 12. 5 is definitely the correct fit.
