I didn??? t expect to like these as much as I do. These were perfect for the purpose I bought them for which was for Apple Fitness+ lower body strength workouts. I celebrated my 250th strength workout in these and surprisingly also received the burned the most calories award so I have to believe they definitely contributed to that. I sized down to an 8 from my usual Nike size 8. 5 and glad I did??? the EasyOn coupled with the Hyperlift stability plate makes it so easy to slip on/off. The grip is also phenomenal on these, I??? ll have no issue upping the weight going forward! No cons though note that these are absolutely not running shoes, I wouldn??? t even try as they??? re much too firm/blocky for that.

This is my first purchase of On shoes-- I generally buy cheaper shoes but then have to use inserts after about a month to maintain comfort. These were more pricy than I usually buy, but they were on sale, and so far I have zero regrets.- They are very comfortable. I do n't even notice them.- They are lighter colored and I am clumsy; I expected them to be stained within a couple days. I have been pleased to find that dirt/grime/spills wipe off of them easily.- I can be on my feet all day and my feet are n't tired To be honest, the only `` complaint '' I have so far is that the laces do n't stay tied all the time. Sometimes I have to retie them. I can live with that. I bought these with skepticism- Nike usually has good looking shoes, but often underdeliver with quality and functionality. These shoes get the job done. I purchased with the intention of wearing them in the weight room- no desire to run and/or jump in them. They provide excellent ankle support and a wide toe base so that you 're able to get your feet set before every lift. The firm sole provides little toe bend, which I appreciate. I would n't recommend them if you 're wanting to run, they 're heavier and on the clunky side, but think they 're well suited for a lifting or HIIT type shoe.

For reference: I am 5 ’ 7 and wear a size 10 in women. So far so good. First off Thank you Nike! I ordered a size 11 because of my last pair of Nike I bought were a 10 and the fit was to small. Per a review I read and doing some research I ’ m glad I went a size up. I guess I could have gone with 10. 5 but why risk it. The Nike MC Trainer 3 is my favorite of the three styles of Nike trainers that I own. It is very comfortable with lots of cushioning, including padded tongue and all around the top. I like the sturdy pull- on tab on the back plus toe cap on the front. The shoelaces are round, just the right length, and stay tied. The lateral support is supurb making my BOSU ball workout easier. If I were designing them, I would probably add a bit more arch support, although they are adequate. Other reviewers have mentioned that they are rather plain, and that is true. Mine are gray, and the green on the bottom is a soft green so the silver metallic swoosh on the sides is a welcome touch. I 'd definitely buy this shoe again, especially if it comes out in all- black with black sole.

I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. These shoes are designed well and are definitely well made. They fit true to size( I 'm a size 13 in the other big name brands and was a size 13 here too). Unfortunately, I had to return them because they did n't fit me properly. I have quite straight feet, and these shoes have too much of a curve inwards for my feet. So my big toe was in the middle of the toe box and my outside two toes were mushed up against the side of the shoe. Just keep this in mind if you have straight feet. This is my third pair of the Reign series. I have had the 3, 5 and now the 6 series. They are very durable for rope climbs and wall walks. I just retired my 3 series after two years, no nicks or torn uppers from the workout wear. All of the Reign series I have owned are easy to take off and put back on without tying the shoelaces when needing to add knee sleeves. These by far have the best cushioning under the forefoot. They are very well designed for these workouts, comfortable and true to size. I highly recommend these for their comfort and durability. I think they are much better than some of the other shoes available in crossfit space.

Cushioned enough to run on the treadmill for hours, comfortable enough for “ leg day ” …I do a lot of mobility work, sleds, kettlebell carries, box jumps, sprints—the shoes handle it all. Projects Rock shoes have been tough and dependable for years.. new models are usually great for little tweaks that improve on an already outstanding platform. I would love a pair of these in all leather to hit the streets in after I am done pounding the pavement with my “ gym ” set.

Not being a stranger to On Cloud shoes, I bought these from the sale table( my size is hardly ever on a sale table at Dicks!). They fit perfect, color was not my first choice but could not resist the price. Like my other On Clouds, they are perfect fit, but you do run 1/2 size too small. They are very light, fit like slippers and walk and run very well as they cushion your feet. Like other On Clouds, be careful not to scrape or use them for harsh conditions as they will tear or a hole can happen. They are meant for light to medium wearing conditions and do very well at that.
