I do n't use them every day because my toenails are red and hurt by the end of the day. However, they are super comfortable otherwise, and I love that my feet are n't sweating at the end of the day. These have become one of my favorite Adidas running shoes now- that means a lot because I have every Adidas performance line running shoes. I just got these last week and put in about 10 miles. I like the previous Rise 2, and this one is better in terms of comfort and shock absorption. The previous version was a bit firm but had a good energy return. I prefer Rise 3 much better as a long run and daily trainer companion.

Probably my number one shoe for max cushion, lightweight, and still quick enough for marathon long runs. Not the fastest shoe like a racer, but fine for threshold and slower. I ’ d choose it over Vomero Plus, Nimbus, Superblast 3( which I actually returned), and would consider it even with Megablast depending on more comfort( this) or lighter and speedier( Megablast). I use the Evo SL Woven for my faster runs.
