My everyday carry is the Nebo Slim light( which I absolutely love), but there are times in my work that I thought I would really like to have something I could put on my cap. I kept looking at this headlamp but since my slim light is 500 lumens I just thought this headlamp with only 150 lumens( on high) would n't make me happy. I finally decided I needed to give it a try and I was very surprised by how bright it is, sure seems brighter than 150 lumens. I really like the fact that the battery is attached to the back because it makes the lamp balance on your head rather than being to heavy in the front. The light is bright enough for any work. It does make a slight high pitched whine at the low setting, but lots of high powered lights do this.

[ I was skeptical when I purchased this lamp as I thought it looked like it wouldn ’ t put out a lot of light. Boy was I wrong. It actually lit up the room I was in that was completely dark. The fit on my head was very comfortable. It was easily adjustable and could fit around a watermelon or my wife ’s small head easily. My attic is very dark and this has allowed me to move stuff around in the attic ands free which is a real timesaver. It ’s lightweight, easy to turn on/off and works great for my needs. However, we played santa with these bad boys 2 nights ago and they worked great. They were very very bright.. it actually hurt to look at the light. Ideally, you wont be looking at the light so that shouldnt matter. I love the option for different light brightness for different tasks. I like that the light tilts down making adjusting the strap minimal while working. The strap fit comfy and didnt bother us. Batteries were included which was a nice surprise. These are impact resistant& water resistant making them seem pretty durable. We will get alot of use out of these. Time will tell. Nice product!
