I had a badly bruised and swollen elbow. The Dr recommended a sleeve to wear. The clinic did n't have any on hand so I had to track one down. It's super comfortable compared to the PTEX one I tried on. It was kind of confusing to figure out which way it goes on. I just went off of the pictures on the box the best I could. It does have verbal instructions on how to put it on, on the inside of the box, but I was n't ambitious enough to figure out what medical term they used to describe how to wear it. Within a week of the injury I 'm doing remarkably better. The smallest size they had was medium and it seemed to fit perfectly. I have small arms, thinking I 'd need a small but medium worked great for me.

Suffered from epicondylitis for several years to the point where I could no longer do upper body workouts. Finally got the condition under control but workouts re- inflamed until I started wearing these. They are excellent and provide just the right pressure in the right places. Never workout without them. I use them several times per week and they lasted about 2 years before the velcro would no longer hold well enough. I have no issues with that. They have been very durable and I think 1- 2 years is a good lifespan for as much as i use them.

I 've used Don Joy products before and have always been impressed. This Trizone line seems really updated and geared for athletes. I just put it on before I warm up and it's totally changed my game. I was looking for a really low profile knee pad for street skateboarding( mostly at concrete and wood skateparks with a street layout). These things are amazing. Very low profile( they fit right under your pants or shirt) and they really take the sting out of a fall. The best thing is that you do n't even notice you have them on( they do n't restrict mobility at all). I took a knee right to the pavement at one point in a way that would have taken me out of commission for a few days in the past and I did n't feel a thing.( I was a little sore the next day, but as I said the kind of fall I had would normally have been a much more serious injury).
