It does have a tight fit but is comfortable and you forget you are even wearing it. Stays pretty much where you leave it. I have I guess what is called Golfer's Elbow( Tennis Elbow but right on the inside bone) and I love to play softball. This has helped out a lot of not making it worse. I still recommend icing, deep massaging, stretching and when really bad anti- inflammatory pills but it does help not hurt while playing. Hope this helps out someone else.

Had a small tournament, arm feels good after 3 matches. Sizing is confusing as bought XL first which was too big before using the L size. I would recommend sizing in person prior to purchase online.

I had a badly bruised and swollen elbow. The Dr recommended a sleeve to wear. The clinic did n't have any on hand so I had to track one down. It's super comfortable compared to the PTEX one I tried on. It was kind of confusing to figure out which way it goes on. I just went off of the pictures on the box the best I could. It does have verbal instructions on how to put it on, on the inside of the box, but I was n't ambitious enough to figure out what medical term they used to describe how to wear it. Within a week of the injury I 'm doing remarkably better. The smallest size they had was medium and it seemed to fit perfectly. I have small arms, thinking I 'd need a small but medium worked great for me.

I was never diagnosed with any type of tennis elbow, but growing up horse back riding, playing sports and constant heavy lifting, my one elbow constantly cracks and tends to get pain on and off. Suffered from epicondylitis for several years to the point where I could no longer do upper body workouts. Finally got the condition under control but workouts re- inflamed until I started wearing these. They are excellent and provide just the right pressure in the right places. Never workout without them. I use them several times per week and they lasted about 2 years before the velcro would no longer hold well enough. I have no issues with that. They have been very durable and I think 1- 2 years is a good lifespan for as much as i use them.
