My son was feeling some elbow pain when throwing baseballs or doing pull- ups. Nothing serious but some twinges of pain. Obviously, we would 've just stopped baseball and pull- ups and give time to recover, but we had one more baseball tournament. With this sleeve, no pain throwing the baseball. I had been experiencing some right shoulder soreness after a week of baseball fantasy camp. My body responds well to compression so I gave this sleeve a try. It feels a bit awkward at first, but once you find the sweet spot you barely notice you 're wearing it. I even wore it to sleep a few times and no issues during the night. Even though my measurement suggested I get the LG size, I decided to purchase the smaller one and the compression felt much better for me using that one.
