The tendonitis in my pecs have responded really well to the daily Gator friction massage. I found the Gator online through an article by a trusted source and went into a Dick's store for a first- hand look. Of course no one at Dick's minded at all that I was rolling around on their floor. I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. Well, I decided to purchase one so I could use it at home since it helped so much when I was at the gym. I continued to use it whenever my hip pain flared up again it definitely helps more than taking Advil or pain relievers. Warning though, you definitely have to have to roll right on the area that is the root of the pain. It will seem to hurt more for a bit but then subside. I also use this for my back. This is great for trigger points for your thighs, hips, and back. I am so glad I purchased this! Huge game changer!

I pulled my back moving furniture sometime in March. Since then, I ’ ve been in awful pain. Btw, I ’ m an in shape guy, 27 years old. It felt like it was never going away for months and months. I got this ball about 2 months ago. It didn ’ t appear to be working at first because I probably wasn ’ t using it right. When I first starting using it appropriately( doing stretches with it and rolling the affected area up and down with it), my lower back pain is gone!
