The tendonitis in my pecs have responded really well to the daily Gator friction massage. I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. Well, I decided to purchase one so I could use it at home since it helped so much when I was at the gym. I continued to use it whenever my hip pain flared up again it definitely helps more than taking Advil or pain relievers. Warning though, you definitely have to have to roll right on the area that is the root of the pain. It will seem to hurt more for a bit but then subside. I also use this for my back. This is great for trigger points for your thighs, hips, and back. I am so glad I purchased this! Huge game changer!

I was a little skeptical at first due to the price but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. It is worth every penny! It's great to work and dig into muscle. The handle is great, but I am waiting to see if the brackets that hold the ball will hold up to every day rolling. Great tool to have in your healing arsenal.
