This is a great roller if you are new or like a softer touch on the foam roller. Unlike most of the Trigger Point rollers this one is solid foam which has a little more give and is more comfortable than the hollow core rollers from them. I have this and one the hollow core rollers they both have their plus sides. This is not quite as aggressive and is there fore more tolerable for extensive work or sensitive muscles.

I spoke to a colleague of mine who was a cross fit instructor and also recommended on. I previously bought one made just out of foam and did n't find it effective. This has been every single thing that I needed for my plantar fasciitis. I have tried baseballs and a frozen water bottle, but this? Works wonders. I bought this foot roller because I absolutely love my foam foam roller by the same company. I have high arches and even with special shoe inserts and occasional foot rubs around the house my feet always ache. I am so glad I bought this little guy. What a relief to my aching dogs!! I bought this roller a week ago and the curves and bumps hit my foot perfectly. I have n't used the hot/cold option but room temp has been just fine. I only wish I would have bought this sooner.

Really appreciate this roller. Instant, adaptable, and effective in helping sore, over- used feet. Work has me on my feet all day, and even with great shoes, my heels and plantar fascia hurt more than occasional/ limited pressure massage could help( for years). I bought this roller yesterday and already feel better( and have n't yet tried heat/cooling- such luxury to come!). I 've never written a review for anything, I 'm a real person letting you know that this product has truly helped my feet feel better. I think I 'll use it for a few minutes first thing when I get up because for the first time I 'm not in pain and feeling a thousand years old hobbling down the stairs to start my day. I 'm not rich, but I just bought these for family as gifts. Hey Gaia, suggestion? Would so help to add one more row of bumps for sides of foot.
