This has been every single thing that I needed for my plantar fasciitis. I have tried baseballs and a frozen water bottle, but this? Works wonders. I used it every single day, even though it hurt like nobody's business and within a matter of weeks? No more pain. It could have been a combination of this and a good orthotic insert for my shoes, but I think this had a huge part in it. This is worth every single penny in my opinion to help with foot pain like plantar fasciitis. I also use it to roll my wrist from time- to- time as I work at a computer all day and sometimes deal with carpel tunnel. This is a great product.

This thing is AWESOME. For whatever reason I developed foot pain that occurred in the mornings. It eventually worked itself out, but by the end of the day it was back and I found myself rubbing my feet a lot during the evening. I purchased this hoping for some relief. I put it in my bathroom and began using it on my feet while I got ready for work. I bought this foot roller because I absolutely love my foam foam roller by the same company. I have high arches and even with special shoe inserts and occasional foot rubs around the house my feet always ache. I am so glad I bought this little guy. What a relief to my aching dogs!! I bought this roller a week ago and the curves and bumps hit my foot perfectly. I have n't used the hot/cold option but room temp has been just fine. I only wish I would have bought this sooner.

Really appreciate this roller. Instant, adaptable, and effective in helping sore, over- used feet. Work has me on my feet all day, and even with great shoes, my heels and plantar fascia hurt more than occasional/ limited pressure massage could help( for years). I bought this roller yesterday and already feel better( and have n't yet tried heat/cooling- such luxury to come!). I 've never written a review for anything, I 'm a real person letting you know that this product has truly helped my feet feel better.
