My son was feeling some elbow pain when throwing baseballs or doing pull- ups. Nothing serious but some twinges of pain. Obviously, we would 've just stopped baseball and pull- ups and give time to recover, but we had one more baseball tournament. With this sleeve, no pain throwing the baseball. It was great when you do n't have the time to rest and recover and it's minor pain. But as always, I would recommend going to a doctor if you have any serious or persistent pain.
