It is a bit more expensive than I initially thought it would be, but I do love it. It's a great tool in my workout, and the pink color is super cute! My only complaint is the pump; As other reviewers have stated, it is pretty cheap and seems like it could be easily broken. However, the pump did it's job and I was able to get the Bosu inflated without too much trouble. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to a friend.

I am the most inexperienced yoga/active sitter there is. I recently got a desk job and had been having a hard time staying at my desk and having some back and knee pain from it. I bought this on a whim because were are not allowed to have the balls to sit on and I was hoping it would help, a friend of mine pushed me towards it bc she uses the fitness ball at her desk. I am so glad I did! At first, I could only sit on it an hour or two, but I quickly gained strength and am able to sit on it almost all day. It's so much fun, it keeps me moving, and after building my strength, it has helped a lot with my back and knee pain. I am so much more aware of my posture with it. My one and only complaint about it, is that I think they should come with a pump or at minimum, be able to buy a pump that we know will fit it.

So consider whether or not you are going to pick it up for exercises before buying it. Good, heavy construction. You will probably have to inflate it twice, as the thickness takes a little time to stretch to full diameter. Kind of a specialty product, but I like it.
