[ I purchased these after my last set of slips went south. It's not uncommon for me to walk from the house to the garage and down the gravel drive with mocs on. These definitely make that easy and comfortable. There's a good amount of breathability that my feet are n't overheating, and with the option of converting them into slip ons, I can more easily regulate that. I had these as a teen when they were originally released in 2014. I put them through the ringer for 3 years until I grew out of them and they held up. I ’ ve gone through 4 pairs of indoor shoes since and have yet to find a worthy replacement. These shoes have the best feel which is not too stiff when broken in and the leather feels better than any synthetic I ’ ve worn on an indoor shoe. He has a similar version without the extra black textile on the side but they really stretched out. The black textile seems to help hold the shape of the shoe better than just suede.
