Though I am not a runner, I find these very useful for light jogging, on the treadmill or casual wear. They provide a good support and perfect even when I have them on for more than 12 hrs. Actually bought these for walking, they have a nice bounce to them and hug my feet better than other Asics I have( Trabuco 12), I have lower volume feet and have troubles finding a shoe my feet do not float in.
