Most of these reviewers really haven ’ t tried on many shoes apparently these P 400s are very good basketball shoes on the heavy side but if you are especially a big person, these are great just remember they have a tendency to run a little bit narrow so pick the wide if you ’ re not sure what category your feet fall in you could always wear an extra insert and your feet will feel great. They have a large toolbox and stick to the floor very well. I actually tripped running backwards because they are so sticky but that was on me lol

Yes, these have a midsole made up of `` old '' foam technology. That said, these are not your nurse aunt's Hoka Cliftons. The rocker geometry and midsole combination is truly revolutionary for the Hoka brand. These fit and feel like fantastic `` standing around '' shoes, tremendous `` walking around or walking fast '' shoes, and surprisingly capable and exciting `` running at mid- to- decently faster paces '' shoes. Great job, Hoka. Highly recommend.

Note, while these say `` Wide '' for me they are actually normal width and the normal width is too narrow and painful. I wear a 10. 5D in the New Balance, and ordered the same size 3n2 and... well, ouch. Had to war the 460s for three more games. Dick's made the exchange painless and these wide variants were perfect. Lighter than the 460s, the sole gives me a little more grip in the infield and allows me to duck behind a catcher without my foot slipping back too far. Looks like they will clean up nicely too. I highly recommend. You 'll not only look professional, but be comfortable too.

These look great, and seem lighter than my old New Balance Shoes, the sole looks better too... but... I wear a 10. 5D and these are not D sized width. The way they are constructed( solid toe) they will never break in either. So... back to Dicks tonight for an exchange. No big deal, I had to try them to find out, and a few umps I know wear the low plate shoes from 3n2 and love them. I did n't ask if they bought wide or regular. I was a fan of the first All- Pro Nitro. The All- Pro NITRO 2 delivers an excellent balance of cushioning, support, and responsiveness. The NITRO foam feels comfortable underfoot and does a great job absorbing impact during games. I especially like the stability and lockdown, which help me feel confident when changing directions. I had to size up half a size due to the inflare of the fit. Otherwise, if I stay with my usual size, my pinky toes would hurt. Other than that, the traction has been very dependable with the translucent outsole being grippy. This is one of the better all- around basketball shoes I 've worn recently.

I bought these as soon as I saw they came out because I loved the Kinetic I and wore those until they fell apart. I ’ m actually more impressed with this shoe than I was with the previous version. I thought they ’ d be too narrow but they have much more structure than the I, and I like the wider base of the sole on these. The black looks really nice with a few accent colors. I wish the bottom had a funky color like the others, but that ’s just me! I ’ m not a runner or athlete so haven ’ t tested these in actual fitness situations but love them for all day wear to the office. Just like the I, I did go half of a size down from my normal 7. 5 and they fit perfectly.

Comfortable. I wore them on a recent 2 week vacation nearly everyday. We walked an average of 6 miles each day touring cities. These sneakers are cushioned and stable. The slip on eas just tight. Not too tight on foot. A little slippage; yet I appreciated room for foot to move and expand on days our walking exceeded 6 miles during a hot summer day. I wore no show socks. I was very happy I packed these shoes for the trip and look forward to wearing more now that I am home. One note: small gravel pieces can make their way inside through mesh. I did not wear on trails or beach. And likely not ideal in heavy rain. I will wear these during spring, summer and early fall no complaints.
