Whether I 've been in the sedentary position for most of the day( at a desk job) or have tight muscles due to a recent work out. I almost always revert to the foam roller of an evening. It's a nice massage for the calves, thighs, IT band and seems to relieve pressures in my back. I wish I would have bought two!( One for home and one for the office.)

I bought this on the suggestion of my chiropractor. Due to chronic repetitive motions at work, my neck and shoulder muscles are very stiff. He showed me a few different stretches while using the foam roller. It works!

I bought this foam roller after I began physical therapy where they taught me a few ways to use it for stretching and strengthening my core muscles, and referred me to the Dick ’s Sporting Goods in northeast Columbia, where they had purchased one. This location had a large variety to select from. I chose the one that was most similar to the one I had used with the therapist, although there were more advanced options that would probably be more effective for relieving muscle tension. What made the purchase even better was that I had a$ 10. 00 coupon, to use on any purchase, from the store ’s free rewards program. Since I had spent$ 300. 00 or more in the past, I was able to get this foam roller at almost no cost, which also gave me more incentive to purchase some resistance bands that I conveniently found right next to the foam rollers. These items have been very helpful for learning new ways to strengthen and stabilize.

This roller is perfect for what I need. I bruise easily and the rollers with the Nubs would leave bruises. This one is thick, smooth and firm enough to get all the knots out of both my back and my thighs. Thank you Fitness Gear!

I run 50 miles a week and I have to say this product has helped so much with recovery. Running 6 days a week used to leave my legs feeling week and sore, but now with this product my legs feel fresh and great. If your an endurance athlete this is a must have, trust me you will thank yourself for using one.

I utilize a foam roller multiple times per day for myself, as well as my personal training clients, and do n't need the long foam roller as I typically roll one leg at a time. When I saw you had the shorter roller, it was the perfect size for what I needed. Very fair price, since I do n't need the long foam roller, and do n't want to spend$ 40 on one. The smaller roller actually has lasted me longer, and I believe it is due to the smaller size. Very happy with my purchase.
