These are pretty durable, generally lasting a season of practices before getting rips in the knees. I find these to be longer than others- which work great b/c he had the issue of many knickers ending up just below his knee cap, which is uncomfortable. Will continue to go with Nike knickers!

With pants being light weight they will help him to not feel restricted. I ca n't say much about durability as of yet but the material feels like these will end up staying in good shape enough to be hand me downstairs to younger nephews when he outgrows them.
