[ I have n't been able to go to the gym in over 2 years because in 2019 i was recovering from an injury, and then you know... 2020. So i need Some equipment to get my muscles used to the gym routine i want to go back to. These bands are great. There are 4 resistance strengths and they all do pretty well. I 'm not used to these bands, so it's still a bit scary stretching them out so much. Even though I have them secured in place. My only true issue, is that the carabiner on the band itself is kind of small. The strap that wraps around the carabiner is thick, and it's a bit annoying to attach the handles. But, that's typically normal with a lot of gym equipment, so whatever.

It fits in the door and the cables allow you to lean at 45 degree angle stretching your shoulder joints and isolating your spinal chord, site of bone spurs. My version allows converts the handles into barbell or stand on the handles and pump the barbell fed cables, twisting for more resistance. These are a great substitute for cumbersome pulley machines for the home gym. You can increase resistance by approximate increments 10lb by adding the next tube size/color. Thicker ones are easy to place in the handles by securing the tube underneath your foot and stretching it out by pulling it up thinning it out enough to slide the handle into the slot.

I 've used a Lifeline TNT All- In- One Resistance Cable System for a number of years, and I 've always found it to be a very efficient and compact piece of equipment When I got the system originally, it came with 40 lb resistance cables, which worked fine for some exercises, but not so well for others. I purchased these resistance bands a few weeks ago. I have incorporated them into my weekly fitness routine. Prior to the COVID lockdown I was regularly working out at a gym operated by our city. I set up a home fitness center. Even though the gym is open again, I still to not feel safe working out there due to the non- compliance of many of the other patrons. I decided to incorporate these resistance bands to expand my workouts. I am extremely pleased with my progress and the bands are certainly a big part of my success.

As a gym owner, I was looking for an affordable suspension trainer with a high weight capacity to accommodate all my clients. The Jungle Gym has been fantastic! I have had these straps hanging outside in the Florida environment for about 13 years. Every day, all day. I just replaced them with new ones just because the handle rubber split. I dont know of anything that can withstand the Florida elements like that.

I have been using this equipment for over 12 years. I have put it to hard use both inside and out in nature, over tree limbs and pull up bars. It has held up remarkably well. It is also useful as isometric straps. I keep it in a bag in my car when I go on my month long road trips. Originally I owned the first version( which I still have and use) but this version is even better because the straps are wider, the handles allow for comfortable foot straps, which allows for some potent lower body exercises. The handles are thick and comfortable. The adjustments are quick and easy to make. One of my favorite strength and mobility tools.

It's a good resistance band so far. I picked up the 75 lb green band and it's pretty thick. I primarily use it for pushup resistance and having a longer arm length, I found that it provided the resistance throughout my movement. Others with shorter arms would probably have to grip the band a bit closer but I do n't think it would be a deal- breaker. I wo n't have to worry about the band's durability for quite a while as I 'm not using it all the time.

Two of 3 bands were worthless as one was cut and glued the second baby having been packaged too long would not unroll easily. Upon inspection this band had several defects which if used would imperial the safety of the user. To improve the separation a neutral membrane placed between the layers will solve the sticking. Both defective bands have been replaced after pictures were sent to the US office and the replacement bands are free of defects and perform as intended.

I purchased the medium bands to try out. What I found was that when added to my bar on my weight rack, the bands adds resistance to a greater range of motion. I'vw since our based the light, Medium and Heavy in pairs and found that they are an amazing add to my bar in my weight training. I thought these bands were gimmickie, and that's not to say they are n't, but definitely not what I 'm using them for. I suffer from far less joint pain after workouts and have been lifting heavier since adding the bands. I highly recommend adding these to your power training.
