I bought the Travoy as I 'm trying to live without a car in Miami( lol) and my ebike was struggling to carry enough groceries. I also live in a small apartment, so the Travoy looked perfect. It pretty much is! I use the rack adapter as my ebike has a suspension seatpost, and have managed to fit that and still be able to use a rear crate when I 'm not using the trailer. It rides so smoothly I keep having to check it's there! I still have n't managed to fill the market bags while shopping. On the first outing, one of the yellow wheel button covers vanished, but Burley sent me a new one straight away. No problems other than that. I 've managed to tip it on a narrow 90 degree turn, but the trailer stayed attached and was easy to right- no groceries lost. Very easy to fold and unfold and store in a closet. I 've used the straps and a bungee net to transport large A/C filters. I 've also used it without the bike just as a useful trolley. Most of my journeys are less than 5 miles, but I 'd have no qualms using this for longer distance trips or tours. Combined with a folding e- bike( on order) this trailer will give real flexibility. Every trip I 've had multiple people come and ask me about it. Hopefully opening their eyes to the possibilities of using a bike for daily trips. I love it. Any negatives? I think changing anything( e. g., making it wider) would help some aspects but not make it as useable for pulling round a store. So far so excellent.

We bought this trailer because we were going to an island for a week without a car and we needed to be able to pack a lot more than would fit into our bike panniers. This flatbed trailer was perfect for us and the price was reasonable as well. We packed about 100lbs onto the trailer and we were able to pull it along for the 10 miles to our cabin and then back to the ferry, no problem. It folds up easily as well, when we wanted to get it out of the way.

Bought this trailer to transport kids backpacks to school in the morning, and to take their bikes( 2 of them) home after drop off. Works well. Looked at several other options( i. e. Nashbar), but settled on this one for size despite being fairly costly. Super easy to assemble, and I really like the connection to my bike. Very easy to maneuver. The metal rails are scratched very easily, but I do n't think that impacts anything. I use some bungee cords to tie everything down. Have put the RTIC cooler on it as well for grocery store trips, and it all seems to work well.

Super easy to set up. Handles well. Almost forgot I was pulling it. I need to get used to the increased with of my profile now because I cut it too close and a few curbs and the rear wheel hit. Have only taken one trip so far but it did a wonderful job carrying 3 cases of beer home. I added an elastic net over the top and a nylon strap around the whole thing so nothing slides off the front and back. Ca n't wait for some longer expeditions!

Dear Sir/Madam, this is not really a review, but it is the only way( that I saw) on your website to give you feedback. I am an atypical user. I have no kids; I use my HoneyBee to hold* me* up. I have a form of muscular dystrophy called DM2 that, muscle- wise, tends to atrophy lower back and quad muscles. I* can* walk — I* should* walk — but my back tends to collapse forward unless it is supported. The HoneyBee with its widely adjustable handle works great so I can literally walk miles. For ballast I carry camera gear including a tripod. The HoneyBee works great for this. My problem? I got a flat tire the other day. The problem was the outer heavy- duty rubber had cracked all the way around the tire, thus, allowing the inner tube to slide. I ’ m not after a replacement; I just want to bring it to your attention. My HoneyBee rarely leaves a concrete sidewalk so this should not be from wear- and- tear. It strikes me that the “ disability ” market may be something for you to explore. Have been using this product for jogs and bike rides for about 30 days now, probably about 60 miles on it and so far very satisfied. Rides smooth. Purchased this in anticipation of having two kids in it, but so far have only had one. One minor flaw, when in bike mode, the front wheel tends to shake loose and just drag on the pavement. Easily fixed with a velcro loop or a flexible gear tie. Kind of surprised this is not provided with the product, as I do n't see how anyone could bike with this and not secure the wheel. I am definitely going to get my moneys worth, and I would recommend this to anyone.

I ’ ve had double wheel trailers to pull kids, but when you just have cargo, the single wheel version is much easier to pull and navigate. Hooking onto the axle nuts is pretty straightforward, but there ’s a little bit of rattle, so wish it was a bit tighter fit. Pulling is pretty easy with an E bike even on low levels. Keep the heaviest items on the bottom of the trailer and ride on. I also have the cargo dry bag, and pannier dry bags which complements this trailer for multiple adventure purposes, or just going to the grocery store and having room for lots of food

Kit worked well. I changed the mount from inside the trailer to outside( who wants to lose space in the trailer bed?) by getting some additional u- bolts and L- brackets to replace the bottom mounting plates. I did have to replace the bolts used to attach the tie down points, as the wrench needed to tighten them would not reach inside the cross bar.$ 2. 50 worth of slightly smaller bolts, nuts and washers fixed the issue. I still need to cut off the excess bolt threads, but it is going to work great for carrying kayaks while still allowing the trailer to be used for hauling other items.

We bought this for going on walks, bike rides and snowshoeing adventures. It is very manouverable and packable. Switching between the stroller and bike setup is incredibly easy. The harnesses are comfortable and easy to use. The storage pocket in the back is well worth it. The only improvement I would recommend is the front cover connection. When the cover is correctly aligned over the frame it latches, but otherwise it can slip off. It has n't been a problem for our use, but it is an area where things could be improved. Overall this is the best, most versatile stroller on the market. The attachments are well worth it.

For a while now, I 've had one DockGrip and one( competitor) J cradle to transport two boats. I 've always preferred the DockGrip, and finally ponied up for a second. This transports a somewhat heavy boat, but it's always felt secure, loaded easily, and been a breeze to take off and put on each season. I 've never worried about the boat on the DockGrip like I have the one on the J. Additionally, Thule includes a pretty high quality and comprehensive tie down kit. [ As a fit kit, each model is design for a specific vehicle or set of vehicles. I purchased the Kit 1340 to fit my new 09 Legacy. The product does what it needs to and fits quite well.. a few unexpected gaps( since the rubber is formed specific to the roof) but nothing to worry about. I will warn anyone with the 1340 fit kit... It is designed for certain Subaru models and is highly specific because these models are vehicles that do not have framing around the windows( rather uncommon). Thule fit kits typically clamp right to the metal roof where the doors close. This kit, however, clamps to the plastic trim where the doors close( since there is no frame). Structurally a this is okay because plastic is reinforced to the vehicle frame, but I point this out because the clamping of the roof racks to the car will cause some indentation in this plastic trim where the metal plastic rests and is tightened. I noticed this only after a test fit, and have n't fully utilized the racks yet to know if it gets worse, but it's something to note if you really care about pristine appearance of this trim when you remove the racks. Otherwise, functions great and have confidence in knowing you are using a product specifically built for your car.

Ive been using the Thule Jawgrip as a rod holder for my deep sea/surf fishing rods. I see Thule has a rod storage for fly fishing rods but none for the longer rods we have here in Southern California. The cinch keeps the rods in place and tights. Def recommend Thule improves on this to make it rod friendly.
