Absolutely love our D ’ lite burley. Little bubs can ’ t quite sit up alone so we bought the extra sitting cushions, they really made a difference in support for our 5 month old. We only have one baby but am planning on another in a couple years so we got the two seater. I thought it might be a little heavy as a stroller but I can maneuver it up a couple stairs to get off the front deck just fine and I can load it in to the back of the truck without help from my husband. We haven ’ t hooked it up to a bike just yet, we will probably attach the ski gear for some snowshoeing first because winter is almost here. To be honest we got all the bells and whistles for each season all at once so we could get out of the house each season without having to wait for deliveries. We have used it as a stroller most but look forward to its versatility. I almost got the cub I think it was, but decided against it since the cub isn ’ t “ hike ” compatible. ie the cub wasn ’ t compatible with the 16 inch wheels. For the trails we plan on going I thought it would probably be best to be able to use the 16 inch wheels. The D ’ lite doesn ’ t have the hard plastic bottom like the cub, but instead is a little lighter by like 9lbs and is compatible with the hiking wheels. It can be a bit of an investment upfront but it was totally worth it being able to get out in any season with the bubs and have the space to pack the “ just in case extras ” to help make outings easier!

Bike use: So far so good! My husband and I have had our burley d- lite x for a couple of months and overall we are very happy with the design. First I must state that we immediately went to the 16 ” off- road tires. Our first use was on a flat paved trail. Our biggest concern is safety and I must say I was a little worried about the way the flex connector works. Once I tried it, I can completely lay my bike down with no rotating force on the burley. This immediately calmed my fears( so much so that the ball- style attachment that I ordered is still in its packaging.) The thru- axle mount seems very sturdy and the safety strap just adds confidence. I love how the front hooks in with the yellow clips! I do not like that the plastic rain cover( wind shield) does not end up tight like the competition. Stroller use:(** handle slips!!**) We also purchased the 1 wheel jogging stroller attachment. I went into this thinking, “ we already have a very nice stroller ”. But after trying this unit in grass. I was in love with this as a stroller. But! This is not without one downside that I feel could use a huge improvement. The handle tightens using a plastic gear — tooth design. From the factory, this handle won ’ t latch tight enough to stay fixed. I think this mechanism needs to be upgraded in the dlite x v2

We bought this trailer because we were going to an island for a week without a car and we needed to be able to pack a lot more than would fit into our bike panniers. This flatbed trailer was perfect for us and the price was reasonable as well. We packed about 100lbs onto the trailer and we were able to pull it along for the 10 miles to our cabin and then back to the ferry, no problem. It folds up easily as well, when we wanted to get it out of the way.

Bought this trailer to transport kids backpacks to school in the morning, and to take their bikes( 2 of them) home after drop off. Works well. Looked at several other options( i. e. Nashbar), but settled on this one for size despite being fairly costly. Super easy to assemble, and I really like the connection to my bike. Very easy to maneuver. The metal rails are scratched very easily, but I do n't think that impacts anything. I use some bungee cords to tie everything down. Have put the RTIC cooler on it as well for grocery store trips, and it all seems to work well.

Have only taken one trip so far but it did a wonderful job carrying 3 cases of beer home. Have been using this product for jogs and bike rides for about 30 days now, probably about 60 miles on it and so far very satisfied. Rides smooth. Purchased this in anticipation of having two kids in it, but so far have only had one. One minor flaw, when in bike mode, the front wheel tends to shake loose and just drag on the pavement. Easily fixed with a velcro loop or a flexible gear tie. Kind of surprised this is not provided with the product, as I do n't see how anyone could bike with this and not secure the wheel. I am definitely going to get my moneys worth, and I would recommend this to anyone.

Kit worked well. I changed the mount from inside the trailer to outside( who wants to lose space in the trailer bed?) by getting some additional u- bolts and L- brackets to replace the bottom mounting plates. I did have to replace the bolts used to attach the tie down points, as the wrench needed to tighten them would not reach inside the cross bar.$ 2. 50 worth of slightly smaller bolts, nuts and washers fixed the issue. I still need to cut off the excess bolt threads, but it is going to work great for carrying kayaks while still allowing the trailer to be used for hauling other items.

We bought this for going on walks, bike rides and snowshoeing adventures. It is very manouverable and packable. Switching between the stroller and bike setup is incredibly easy. The harnesses are comfortable and easy to use. The storage pocket in the back is well worth it. The only improvement I would recommend is the front cover connection. When the cover is correctly aligned over the frame it latches, but otherwise it can slip off. It has n't been a problem for our use, but it is an area where things could be improved. Overall this is the best, most versatile stroller on the market. The attachments are well worth it.

Added a set to both our flatbed and nomad for bike camping. What a difference for off road riding, trailers roll with mush less resistance. We still use the standard tire set with our gravel road bikes, so this just adds to the diversity of these trailers. Easy on/ off with push button hubs, interchangeable between trailers. I suggest adjusting your air pressure( just like on your bike) to match your trailer load weight, to much PSI and the trailer will bounce a little more over rocks and roots.

I want to give it five stars, but people just hand those out willy nilly these days. It's a fantastic trailer. Rock solid. The fabric is stretched nice and tight. Everything is engineered, manufactured and assembled perfectly. Handling and use are flawless. I 'm holding back one star because it's just a little too heavy. I pull it with an ebike, so no big deal. But I also store it hanging in a crowded garage, so hefting it over my head in a cramped space is more of a chore than I 'd like. Speaking of which, the folding design is stellar. I just wish there was an integrated mechanism to hold it closed in storage. Last and least, I 'd prefer the handle/ towbar mount as a wagon- style pull rather than a stroller style push. That's vanity talking. Stroller- pushing style is too parental/ suburban for my taste.

I want to mention this specifically because it is a brilliant idea to include this on an outdoor adventuring type stroller like the baby jogger. When I am on trails or running I do not want to deal with a bag, but occasionally want the option to bring along more than a water bottle. This pouch fits my wallet, snacks, a few small toys, keys, and my phone. Being able to take it with me if we park the stroller is a game changer. The stroller itself is sleek and has a smooth ride. I have two kids and they were fighting over who got to ride in the stroller. The weight limit allows for both my 4 year old and my 2 year old to comfortably fit. The sun shade is generous, and the design is slim so it is easily a stroller that can be used when walking through town and you want to go into a store. I also love how easy it is to break down and set up. I can fit it in the rear of my car without issue. I have used it on bike trails and on dirt paths, and it feels secure on both. What I am really excited about is being able to transform this stroller into a bike carrier. I have not purchased the adaptor yet, but plan to do so. [ As a mom of three, getting time for myself is a challenge. The City Prix Jogger is a great stroller to have some exercise time while my little one sits comfortably and( usually) happily. I 've had my share of strollers( a single, a double, a travel one, etc...) and here are the things I like most about the City Prix Jogger: First, the design is sleek and sporty, and I 'm impressed by how sturdy it feels. The rubber tires and all- wheel suspension make for a smooth jog whether I 'm in my neighborhood or nearby park. There's no jolting, so little one can even fall asleep. I do like the front swivel wheel lock, though I sometimes forget to use it. Second, I really appreciate the storage. I do n't go anywhere without wipes, toys, snacks, pacis, water bottles.. The City Prix ’s large under- seat storage basket holds a lot. The seatback storage organizer is smart too, and I like that it zips off into a backpack. Last, I live in Florida where the sun is always beating, so I really appreciate the large UV 50+ protection canopy, and the mesh windows. I like that baby boy is well in the shade and that I can easily peek in while I jog. I haven ’ t used the stroller as a bike trailer yet, but I think it 'll be really helpful for bringing my little one along while my older two kids bike. Having the option to use this stroller as a trailer is a definite bonus and I look forward to testing it out. Overall, I definitely recommend it. I purchased these straps for securing my kayak in my truck, and have used them for securing other things as well, and they hold tightly, no slipping. I always pull over and check my ties after being on the road with the full force wind working against my lines, and, unlike rope and knots, these buckles do n't give anything up. Works for me!

For a while now, I 've had one DockGrip and one( competitor) J cradle to transport two boats. I 've always preferred the DockGrip, and finally ponied up for a second. This transports a somewhat heavy boat, but it's always felt secure, loaded easily, and been a breeze to take off and put on each season. I 've never worried about the boat on the DockGrip like I have the one on the J. Additionally, Thule includes a pretty high quality and comprehensive tie down kit. Ive been using the Thule Jawgrip as a rod holder for my deep sea/surf fishing rods. I see Thule has a rod storage for fly fishing rods but none for the longer rods we have here in Southern California. The cinch keeps the rods in place and tights.
