We bought this trailer because we were going to an island for a week without a car and we needed to be able to pack a lot more than would fit into our bike panniers. This flatbed trailer was perfect for us and the price was reasonable as well. We packed about 100lbs onto the trailer and we were able to pull it along for the 10 miles to our cabin and then back to the ferry, no problem. It folds up easily as well, when we wanted to get it out of the way.

Bought this trailer to transport kids backpacks to school in the morning, and to take their bikes( 2 of them) home after drop off. Works well. Looked at several other options( i. e. Nashbar), but settled on this one for size despite being fairly costly. Super easy to assemble, and I really like the connection to my bike. Very easy to maneuver. The metal rails are scratched very easily, but I do n't think that impacts anything. I use some bungee cords to tie everything down. Have put the RTIC cooler on it as well for grocery store trips, and it all seems to work well.

Have been using this product for jogs and bike rides for about 30 days now, probably about 60 miles on it and so far very satisfied. Rides smooth. Purchased this in anticipation of having two kids in it, but so far have only had one. One minor flaw, when in bike mode, the front wheel tends to shake loose and just drag on the pavement. Easily fixed with a velcro loop or a flexible gear tie. Kind of surprised this is not provided with the product, as I do n't see how anyone could bike with this and not secure the wheel. I am definitely going to get my moneys worth, and I would recommend this to anyone.

If you are familiar with Thule, then you already know they are superior when it comes to using quality parts and a quality build. I purchased the medium sized Bexey, and it is perfect for one dog, my is about 12lbs. I 've tested this on pavement, dirt and gravel without any issues.

Kit worked well. I changed the mount from inside the trailer to outside( who wants to lose space in the trailer bed?) by getting some additional u- bolts and L- brackets to replace the bottom mounting plates. I did have to replace the bolts used to attach the tie down points, as the wrench needed to tighten them would not reach inside the cross bar.$ 2. 50 worth of slightly smaller bolts, nuts and washers fixed the issue. I still need to cut off the excess bolt threads, but it is going to work great for carrying kayaks while still allowing the trailer to be used for hauling other items.

Everything is engineered, manufactured and assembled perfectly. Handling and use are flawless. I 'm holding back one star because it's just a little too heavy. I pull it with an ebike, so no big deal. But I also store it hanging in a crowded garage, so hefting it over my head in a cramped space is more of a chore than I 'd like. Speaking of which, the folding design is stellar. I just wish there was an integrated mechanism to hold it closed in storage. Last and least, I 'd prefer the handle/ towbar mount as a wagon- style pull rather than a stroller style push. That's vanity talking. Stroller- pushing style is too parental/ suburban for my taste.

Added a set to both our flatbed and nomad for bike camping. What a difference for off road riding, trailers roll with mush less resistance. We still use the standard tire set with our gravel road bikes, so this just adds to the diversity of these trailers. Easy on/ off with push button hubs, interchangeable between trailers. I suggest adjusting your air pressure( just like on your bike) to match your trailer load weight, to much PSI and the trailer will bounce a little more over rocks and roots.

We had a different trailer and even though it seemed lightweight( the bottom always seemed like it was going to scrape against the ground once my child got in), it always felt heavy on my bike. My husband tried the stroller adapter out first and said he could n't feel the trailer, and when I tried it myself, I honestly could n't either. It also is fairly narrow for a bike trailer, so it was easy to take even sharp corners and bumps were easy with the shocks. We had the stroller originally, and so the conversion kit has been great to help us free up space in the garage from our separate jogging stroller and bike trailer. Set up was maybe 10 minutes and there was only a tiny bit of confusion at one step. Our daughter loved climbing in and going for a ride! [ I had been wanting a bike trailer to cart the kids around on weekend adventures, but was struggling with finding something that was affordable and made sense for us. We already had a regular stroller, and some of the other trailers out there, while usable as a stroller, are also super bulky when off the bike. Enter this one. What I love about it is it gives you options. You can take the easy to use converter, so easy to put together and install, once I got the hang of it, it took a few minutes to move things around, downside was I had to take the kid out to convert it, but I ca n't imagine that is different from other products out there, hook it up to the bike, toss the wheel in the basket and go to town. You can then park your bike, remove the adaptor and have a stroller to push around if exploring un- bikable areas. We have two children and one stroller, so one child sits in a seat on one persons bike while the other sits in the stroller, so the obvious con is that should there be two kids and one parent, a bike ride is n't going to work until the older child can keep up on his own, however, for a day of family fun and adventure this fits the bill. I am avid kayaker and there are times when I need the stretch of a bungee with the security of a snap closure. My wife prefers the CargoLoc 45 '' diy paddle keeper I made her over my store bought Yak Attack. She says, `` It feels sturdier and it is just the right length for her needs. '' My Kayak cover will hold up to a 13' but my 'Yak is only 12. So I connect an end of a CargoLoc 45 '' to the cover's handle at each end to take up the slack. Works like a charm and because of the stretch does not stress the cover seems.

These straps were purchased for my 11 year old son ’s week long Boy Scout camp. We used a couple of these to strap his sleeping bag and mat to his tote. I liked this kind better than most because the end clasps were not hooked making the ends to what I would consider safer for a young boy. This rack holds my kayak firmly in place everywhere I go. It took me a few minutes( and tries) to get it put together, but once you figure it out its easy. Very sturdy and I like the fold down feature so I can leave it on my car. No whistling or vibration at all when empty. Wish it were slightly less expensive. My$ 250 kayak is starting to cost me a fortune in accessories.

As a canoeist/kayaker for 47 years, I 've tied/racked/trucked a lot of boats. I can recommend the quality of the Malone racks... sturdy frames, reliable attachment system to the car/van, good padding to avoid damage to the boats, good sturdy straps for securing the racks& boats. For two years now I have been using 2 sets of these Malone J- Racks which can stay attached to the vehicle but can be folded down when not in active use. I 've transported boats hundreds of miles to upstate NY and New England at highway speeds without a problem with them. Getting the racks folded or locked upright back into place for use is very easy and can make setting the straps before racking the boat a tad easier than a stationary rack. I also like the idea of calling less attention to the fact I have the racks on the SUV when I do n't have a boat loaded and have the racks folded... also cuts down on wind resistence and noise. For a few dollars more than the stationary racks, you should shop around for a deal on this type of Malone fold- down racks.

I purchased these straps for securing my kayak in my truck, and have used them for securing other things as well, and they hold tightly, no slipping. I always pull over and check my ties after being on the road with the full force wind working against my lines, and, unlike rope and knots, these buckles do n't give anything up. Works for me!

[ I only have good things to say about this stroller. When it arrived, it took two minutes to put together. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. The wheels snap right into place, and the added bonus of the backpack/ storage container zips easily into place along the back of the seat. I want to mention this specifically because it is a brilliant idea to include this on an outdoor adventuring type stroller like the baby jogger. When I am on trails or running I do not want to deal with a bag, but occasionally want the option to bring along more than a water bottle. This pouch fits my wallet, snacks, a few small toys, keys, and my phone. Being able to take it with me if we park the stroller is a game changer. The stroller itself is sleek and has a smooth ride. I have two kids and they were fighting over who got to ride in the stroller. The weight limit allows for both my 4 year old and my 2 year old to comfortably fit. The sun shade is generous, and the design is slim so it is easily a stroller that can be used when walking through town and you want to go into a store. I also love how easy it is to break down and set up. I can fit it in the rear of my car without issue. I have used it on bike trails and on dirt paths, and it feels secure on both. [ As a mom of three, getting time for myself is a challenge. The City Prix Jogger is a great stroller to have some exercise time while my little one sits comfortably and( usually) happily. I 've had my share of strollers( a single, a double, a travel one, etc...) and here are the things I like most about the City Prix Jogger: First, the design is sleek and sporty, and I 'm impressed by how sturdy it feels. The rubber tires and all- wheel suspension make for a smooth jog whether I 'm in my neighborhood or nearby park. There's no jolting, so little one can even fall asleep. I do like the front swivel wheel lock, though I sometimes forget to use it. Second, I really appreciate the storage. I do n't go anywhere without wipes, toys, snacks, pacis, water bottles.. The City Prix ’s large under- seat storage basket holds a lot. The seatback storage organizer is smart too, and I like that it zips off into a backpack. Last, I live in Florida where the sun is always beating, so I really appreciate the large UV 50+ protection canopy, and the mesh windows. I like that baby boy is well in the shade and that I can easily peek in while I jog. I haven ’ t used the stroller as a bike trailer yet, but I think it 'll be really helpful for bringing my little one along while my older two kids bike. Having the option to use this stroller as a trailer is a definite bonus and I look forward to testing it out. Overall, I definitely recommend it. Excellent tricycle. I am a petite woman, so the bar that attaches to my wheel is awesome. The kazoo, maneuver is awesome, it turns smoothly with my bike. It handles, so well that it does n't even feel a tricycle is attached to my bike. Our daughter is 5 years old, she is just loves it so much. The first time we took it out, she and I went for an hour of bike riding. She did n't want to get off. It was so easy for her to get used to it, she was still under going 2 wheel bike training and the kazoo, gave her a feeling how it was like to ride a 2 wheeler. If you 've never driven with a rooftop cargo box it does change the aerodynamics of your car/van. You also have to make sure you already have crossbars to install it on but other than that, it is super easy to set up. Overall we are very pleased with it.
