It ’s very lightweight so I can move it around easily, yet it ’s also very sturdy. The seat slides easily and there really is a big difference in the resistance levels. It was super easy to assemble. I love it- I feel it in my arms, legs and core, especially, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Assembly was strait forward with all parts, hardware and simple tools provided.( Note that some screws and washers are preinstalled so do n't panic when inventorying hardware.) Was pleasantly surprised at how robust the rower is. The hydraulic cylinder provides just enough resistance for the intended user( seniors). This is a good piece of exercise equipment. I ’ ve had something similar in the 90 ’ after I had my child and it got me in good shape. I don ’ t remember the brand of equipment or I would have purchased it again. This piece of equipment isn ’ t as sturdy as the one I used to have and it ’s not as comfortable. I ’ m still adjusting the seat and resistance. The size is nice, it fits in my small office and it ’s easy to place against a wall. I like the work out videos on YouTube, they are easy to follow. I tried it without the videos and it was so long and boring, I gave up after a few minutes. But I ’ ve followed several workouts and I ’ m starting to really like it. I do a lot of other exercises but I ’ m sure I ’ ll see more results working this into my day.

This rowing machine is wonderful! I did not want to give a full star down- rating for only a minor issue, so will leave my rating at 5 stars. The only issue had to do w/the LCD display attachment. There was a one of 4 screws that did not fit properly in the mounting hardware and my display ended up in a crooked position. However, like I said it's only a minor thing and does not at all impact the functionality of the machine. I 'm so glad that I purchased this rower!!!

Wonderful machine. I was able to put it together by myself in about 30 minutes. I am new to rowing machines, but I really enjoy the workout. I have found some beginner videos on Youtube. The build looks fine and everything seems to be sturdy. I have been using about 4 times a week for the last two weeks and have no issues at all.
