I 've had this stand for almost a year now. Very sturdy and have not had any problem storing my power blocks on it. I also like that there is room under the stand itself( I keep another set of dumbbells underneath). Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

It ’s great for small places and to use under a desk. Unlike a full size elliptical it ’s easy to bring to any room in my home.

[ The pieces to the equipment were easy to placed together and to follow along with the instructions provided. The leg strider glides so smoothly and is sound quiet. I am able to pedal fast or slow and still feel my upper and lower legs burn. This is a great exercise for when watching tv- the time goes by so fast you don ’ t even know it. I really enjoy using this stride glider and it will definitely be part of my daily exercise regime.

As a student of Filipino martial arts, I use the trampoline for shadow boxing( with/without weapons) and footwork drills. Working remotely and sometimes sitting up to 10 hours a day, needed some thing to use when I ’ m not able to take the dog out for long walks. I broke four vertebrae a few years ago on slush so when it ’s cold and snowy, I ’ m staying indoors. Squats hurt my knees after a bit so I tried this. I absolutely love it! Delivery was super fast and well packed, booklet a little confusing, so I found assembly online which helped. If you look at both ends of the wires, you will see which side is the connector clip that you need. That was my hold up but I put it together myself in about 15 minutes. Since you are not supposed to use it longer than 15 minutes at a stretch, I jump on it in the morning and the evening and only do about five minutes each time. Within a couple of days, I felt a difference and that tiny bit of cellulite my thighs were getting starting to fade. It ’s only been a week. And I ’ m 63. This sits in the corner of my room and it ’s quiet. I prefer the one with the handle and I could set my phone in the little holder if I want to use music. Highly recommend. Sometimes Amazon has a great deal on it. But I got the Smart stepper in black( I did not want the mini or one with arm bands, I, like the handlebar stability). My husband liked it too!
