I love my mini elliptical trainer. it is part of my workout routine. It sits in front of the loveseat and I pedal it as I read or watch TV. It is a great additional boost to my workout. I am really happy that I purchased it! I also have your exercise bike.

Really like it. It is quiet and can adjust level of resistance. Have n't yet used the battery for feedback. It will be helpful to keep my knee joints in good shape. Only regret that I did n't get it when I was rehabbing from knee surgery.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

I am able to pedal fast or slow and still feel my upper and lower legs burn. This is a great exercise for when watching tv- the time goes by so fast you don ’ t even know it. I really enjoy using this stride glider and it will definitely be part of my daily exercise regime.

You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. I have arthritis in both knees. Treadmill is hard on my knees. So I decided to try this under the desk elliptical. I love it. I use it while watching TV. Have no problems with it sliding on the floor with or without carpet. It's very quiet. There's nothing that I do n't like about it. I definitely recommend it.

I have bought three bikes, weightlifting equipment, and now a second elliptical from the same person over the last 12 years at the DSG Wellington location. He is Sean Monier from the bike and fitness department. This time I was in a hurry and only needed to call Sean Monier to get his thoughts on the E35 Elliptical. He recommended it, provided specifics on its performance and advised me of the upgrades that were made since I bought the last one from him( 2014). I recently purchased a Sole elliptical, and overall, I am satisfied with its performance. The elliptical is working fine and meets my expectations in terms of functionality and build quality. The smooth operation and various features make it a great addition to my home gym. However, the assembly process proved to be a tedious job. One significant improvement could be made in this area. None of the parts came labeled or marked, which made it challenging to identify them based on the manual. Adding simple markings or names on the components would have saved a considerable amount of time during assembly. Despite the minor inconvenience during setup, the elliptical itself is a solid product that delivers on its promises. I hope that Sole considers implementing user- friendly assembly practices in the future, enhancing the overall customer experience.

This is my second Stamina InMotion machine. The first one lasted for five years before one of the pedals started to come loose. I replaced it with an almost identical model because I 've been very happy with it.

I originally purchased this for my mother- in- law to start exercising slowly. I love the stand up feature, because many steppers I found did n't have this option, and I felt it was important for her to progress. Fast forward a month, she's not used it so I decided to take it back, and I 'm so glad I did! I use it every day, rain or shine, because I can. I like exercising outside also, but this gives you an opportunity to get a quick workout in any time. I use it for running mostly. It took a second to get used to the short stride and learn to balance, but now I ca n't imagine being without it.

My second compact strider, wore the rollers out on first one. Could have just replaced rollers, but opted for a new one after 8 years. Love it, use it every day. Would recommend to anyone who does n't want gym equipment sitting around or if you just do n't have the space.
