I have used my gloves 10- 12 for basic heavy bag and water bag workouts. I am NOT a boxer, but use heavy bag for cardio conditioning and these gloves perform well for this. I looked at my weight per the chart on the package and the gloves fit very well and have ample padding. Would buy again!

I 've used these wraps a handful of times, I bought the wraps because my wrist started to ache. Since I 've used the wraps the aches on my wrist are gone. I do n't plan on not using these during bag work.
