My husband spoke to wonderful customer service representative, Mary Helen. Even though we threw the canopy frame away in frustration and had n't taken photos, she asked us to provide our original proof of purchase. Upon doing that, customer service worked with us and offered us a significant discount to purchase a new frame. We did and will be using it for the first time this weekend. It is very rare in this day and age to do business with a company that takes this much pride in their product and cares about their customers enough to make things right. Thank you!

Bought this to update an older tent. The quality is good but take into account it is a lighter frame. That is not a bad thing as I get older. Just realize it may not stand the wind as the heavier premium would.

I have had many canopy's in the past and everyone of them has lasted a year or two until breaking. This costs a little more but is very much worth the price. The cover is thick grade canvas that will not tear. The legs are strong and long enough so I do n't hit my head every time I walk under the tent( I 'm 6' 2 ''). the bag and wheels may be the best feature of all. The wheels are wide enough so the bag with the tent wo n't tip over while pulling it and it is made of the same strong canvas as the top of the canopy.

We have `` gone cheap '' and purchased aluminum- framed canopies previously( for camping), and have been disappointed by the damage to them caused by even fairly modest wind gusts. So this time, we decided to invest for the long term and get a steel- framed model. Although this canopy has n't yet had a major wind test, it seems certain to hold up MUCH better. It is sturdy, well- constructed, easy to set up, and attractive, and we fully expect to put it to good use against the elements for years to come...

This canopy is the best one I 've owned. It is a very sturdy with heavy gauge hardware including double sown seams on the canvas. I used it twice at windy football games and never hinted of sailing off. The E- Z Up 10'x10' is defiantly a two person setup and take down. Surprisingly, it is easy to remove/insert from the wheeled carrying envelope. It's 57lbs heavy.
