Great shoes. Got them a week ago for a work trip, and have been wearing a lot since. Super comfy. Not a painful breaking experience. They do get warm, on a plane I switched to some lighter shoes, but in Idaho in the 30s walking around and working in a warehouse they have been perfect. Not sure if I ’ d go hiking with these. I think of them as a great fall winter city boot

I wear a 13 and ordered a 13 despite the recommendation to up size because i could n't find a 14. They fit fine for me. I wear them with the laces as loose as possible and put a knot outside the eyelet instead of tying them, and they feel very comfortable. I get compliments from women every time I wear them. I live in MN and wanted something waterproof, but still stylish. These boots are perfect for going out on the town in winter.

[ The construction of the boot is very well made, unlike the popular style, it is much more lighter and flexible thanks to the nylon texture. As for warmth, it kept my feet quite warm without wearing a pair of thick socks, but I am still waiting for the heavy snow period in Chicago so I can test it out even further. Overall, I recommend to give this boot a try, however, suggest to at least size up about half a size or even one size if you plan to wear a pair of thick socks.

I needed a pair of boots that I could wear while working that would be comfortable for being on my feet a lot, and also have some extra features of water resistance and anti- slip. After trying on some other Sorel styles in the store, I decided to size up to a 10. 5 for my online order( usually wear a 10). I 'm glad I did! They fit great and were super comfortable for a full day of photographing an outdoor event on asphalt. I 'm excited for these to be my go- to boots all winter in the PNW.

I have these in tan and black, my absolute go- to winter boot. I do not wear socks, I just step in and go, leaving the laces loose. They fit perfectly with skinny jeans, rolled up flannel lined jeans, my athleta jeggings, and there is no more comfortable boot I 've ever owned, and that list includes the Ugg Adirondack III. I do n't go trapsing through my wet backyard or deep snow in these, though I have shoveled my walkway in them( I live an hour north of NYC), but for fall or winter lunch dates, absolutely. Errands, always, and I throw them in the back of my car when I play tennis and slip into them after. I wear these around the house when it's cold like they 're slippers. I might be obsessed with these precious teddy bear boots. They are so comfortable and lightweight. It really feels like you ’ re wearing a great pair of high tops, not winter boots. The first day I wore them I had questions and compliments from almost everyone I passed. I sized up half a size after reading others ’ comments, but I could have easily fit into my normal size.

I bought these shoes because I was going on a girls weekend and they were calling for snow. I ’ m from the south, so we are not used to snow. I wanted something warm and waterproof but also stylish. I ’ ve never bought Sorel brand before and really hesitated spending the money for something I wasn ’ t going to wear often, but I did. WOW…they are so comfortable. I have bad sciatica pain and have to get new tennis shoes for work every 3 months or my back will start hurting. We walked around in the snow off and on all day, up and down hills in these boots and my back never bothered me and my feet stayed warm and dry. Meanwhile, my friend was not wearing sorel boots and she kept complaining her feet were cold. I am now researching sorel sneakers to wear to work. I really hope that the sneakers are just as comfortable as these boots. I am normally a 9. 5 in most shoes( except athletic tennis shoes, but I got a 10 in these boots so that I would be able to wear thicker socks. I probably could have gone down to a 9. 5, but didn ’ t want them to be too tight with thick socks. I am now a HUGE fan of this brand.
