As with all Zman ElaZtech baits these are tough, and they catch fish. Late fall fishing, and the large mouth want a smaller presentation. I put the 3 '' in baby bass on a 1/6oz finesse bulletz, and was the only one at the pond catching fish. I caught a couple right around 1 lb, a couple of dinks, and one just shy of 2 lbs( it weighed 1lb 15oz).

I purchased these GAMBLER ‘ little Ez ’s ’ from Dick ’s Sporting Good ’s less than a month ago and have only one left. Not for long though- I ’ m going to Dick ’s tomorrow to get more. Anyways, I slammed them. I use them as swim jig trailers. And when I want them to go deeper I rig them upside down. But they, obviously, work great rigged standard. I use 3in and 4in Big Hammers as my go to swimbait on 1/4th and 3/8th ounce swimbait heads. They have a great tail thump/ body wobble that it just right, not too little and not too much. The tail swims on the fall and does it's thing on the slowest of retrieves. I really like the keeled body because it helps it get down to the bottom quick, rather than round body swimbaits that might suspend in comparable situations with a ton of line out or in moving current. They are reasonably durable and they have a great color selection. They are literally the only swimbait I use on a swimbait jighead!

Great lure for Lake Michigan Smallies. I gave a 5 star review but it is more like 4. 5 stars. My only complaint would be that they are very heat sensitive. They will melt on you if you leave them in your hot trunk or hot bag. BUT.... They do hold up well to multiple catches per bait. And hold up well to being dragged across sharp, rocky bottom structure. Just keep them out of the heat and you will be good to go!

I 've been using Zoom products for several years now and use the swimmin chunk as a trailer on a 1/4 ounce jig and also a 3/8 ounce jig. i usually dip the legs in a chartreuse garlic dye, and most of my jigs are a shade of green( usually a green crawfish) not sure if the bass see this as a bluegill or crawfish; only that it catches fish!! i fish an extremely clear, fairly deep lake so detail is very important.

Been using swimming flukes since they came out... have caught bass, snook, reds and speckled trout. Use them as a swimbait Texas rigged with a pegged bullet weight. Use them weightless worked real slow and easy, just twitch them or bring to the top and let them sink back down to the bottom or buzz them on top. You can go fishing with only this bait and always catch fish. Houdini is my favorite color... What a bait!!

I have switched to the Zoom Swimmin' Super Fluke as my `` go to '' bait for both small and largemouth bass fishing. They can be very effectively fished as a surface bait in very thick aquatic vegetation and are extremely effective when fished that way for largemouth bass. They can also be fished as a `` wake bait '' or fished more slowly as a subsurface bait. My favorite colors are Baby Bass, Pearl, and Houdini. You need to have several bags of these in your arsenal!

I love this bait like most of Yamamoto's soft plastics as it is real fish catcher! I use it mostly as a trailer on my bladed jigs, buzz baits, and occasionally spinner baits in order to add a strong yet somewhat compact baitfish profile. The tail on this bait works at just about any speed and the available colors all exhibit fish appeal. Amazingly though, the soft plastic on this bait holds up much better than the majority of Yamamoto's soft plastic offerings, as once properly glued, I have able to catch many fish, even the toothy varieties, without having to replace it; making them worth the price.

The pics here are not correct. This is the pro bulletz in the pics. The finesse bullets do not have the big bulbous weight. But, these are great jig heads for fishing in weedy areas. I put a Z- Man Trick Shots Bad Shad on a 1/6 ounce size, and was slaying the bass at a local pond. Hooks are sharp, and the rig was able to get through most weeds easily. Only got hung up in some really heavy grasses a couple of times, but I was able to get out without losing, or even damaging, any tackle.
